VOLTA was established in 2016 in the southernmost tip of Texas. After working alongside various auto body shops, construction companies and other IA firms, we still saw a lack of claims support in the area, which is how VOLTA came to be. We wanted to help other firms and insurers cover claims and assist in the claims process, so we began reaching out to local carriers. Once local carriers were involved, we sought to extended our reach to nearby counties and broadened our support radius. After steady growth and aggressive acquisition of claims, VOLTA now provides a wide array of world-class claims support and adjusting services for some of the largest insurance carriers in America...
