Dan joined the Native Land Board in 2024, having been part of the team since the company's first year of trading in 2003.
Dan is responsible for the delivery of Native Land's central London portfolio of commercial and residential developments, including KOVA KX, 100 George Street W1 and Opus at Bankside Yards. With over 2 decades' experience in development, he has been responsible for managing a number of the company's most high-profile schemes, including 10 Montrose Place, NEO Bankside and Burlington Gate.
Dan previously worked with the Canary Wharf Group. He is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and holds an MSc in Property Development from South Bank University.

Filippo has worked with Zaha Hadid since 2002. In these years he has specialized in transportation buildings design, contributing to some of the most significant achievements of the office. His key projects include the Naples-Afragola High-Speed Train Station, the Riyadh KAFD Metro Station, and the Navi Mumbai International Airport. Responsible for ZHA's development of innovative design solutions with Hyperloop Italia and NatPower-H Hydrogen refuelling stations, he has been project director for the winning scheme of New Chongqing 3b Satellite and for the New Riyadh Airport and Shenzhen Xili Transport Hub competitions.
His expertise spans also across different fields with the Guangzhou Opera House and the Reggio Calabria Museum of Mediterranean. Filippo has been teaching Architectural Design at the Florence University of Architecture and Construction Technology at the Milan Politecnico, for a number of years. As a researcher he's been part of the Italian Digital Avant-garde. His pioneeristic vision on sustainable cities and self growing materials has been exhibited in different events including the Venice Biennale and the London Architectural Association.
Prior to join ZHA, passionate for the exploration of a contemporary approach to the cultural heritage preservation, Filippo started his professional career as a member of the internal design team at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, working on the museum's new Entrance Facilities and Services and the restoration of Rembrandt and Caravaggio suites.

After working in Sydney and Shanghai, Marcus Kröger worked in Germany as a production manager and development engineer. In 2018, he joined Schüco, where he was responsible for European suppliers of aluminium and polymer profiles as a quality manager. From 2019, he also took on the development of aluminium materials with a focus on sustainability and recycling. Since 2024, he has been leading the development of Schüco's take-back and recycling service and has successfully contributed to the establishment of RE:CORE metals GmbH, a Schüco subsidiary for aluminium recycling. Together with his team, he has already managed numerous circular construction projects throughout Germany.
Miguel Freire is Co-CEO of Effisus, a company at the forefront of innovative weatherproofing and sustainability-driven solutions for building envelopes. With a career spanning private equity, corporate development, strategy consulting, and investment banking across Europe, the UK, the US, and Latin America, Miguel has worked in leading organizations, including J.P. Morgan and Bain & Company, bringing a strategic and multidisciplinary perspective to the façades industry.
At Effisus, he drives global growth and strategic vision, positioning the company as a leader in energy-efficient and durable building envelope solutions. His leadership emphasizes innovation and sustainable value creation, aligned with the evolving priorities of the construction and façade sectors.
Now based in Dubai, Miguel is leading Effisus's expansion in the Middle East, focusing on high-performance façades that deliver efficiency and resilience, and combining business strategy with building design innovation.
