BURY ST EDMUNDS SHUTTERS - Key Persons
After spending 11 years as a Senior Installer and Trainer at a national shutter company, in 2018 I decided to leave and go into business as a Freelance Shutter installer. Throughout my career I was recognized for the quality of my work and attention to detail, even ending up in a training role to ensure standards were met and maintained by new starters.
Although I enjoyed the training role I realized that I missed working in customers' homes and enjoying the ‘wow' factor that shutters provide. I use the term ‘wow factor' because that's the reaction that customers so often have upon first viewing their new shutters in their home. And after literally thousands of installations, I can honestly say that I still get real enjoyment from satisfied customers and a job well done.
