Alex graduated from UL with a BS in Industrial Technology and joined All Phase Electric in May 2020. He fills the role of Project Manager and Lead Estimator. Alex enjoys the workplace environment at All Phase primarily because of the morale & teamwork that is maintained each and every day. Electronics has always sparked his interest, and he looks forward to the social development and personal growth while working with new people in the industry.
Bobby Completed Technical school at TH Harris in Opelousas and also completed several business courses at The University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He then worked as the operation and project manager at Acadiana Electrical Service from 1976 to the closure of the company. This previous experience allowed him to become knowledgeable of NEC code and all wiring methods. In 1983, Bobby took the opportunity to start All Phase Electrical Service. All Phase took over the previously established customer base, providing the same services that were provided at Acadiana Electrical Service. Bobby has always believed that the best way to have a successful business is to provide quality service with a competitive price. He enjoys developing long lasting relationships with customers. He has developed the ability to engineer and lay out projects to get a quality installation with a competitive price and also done in accordance with the NEC guidelines. Last but not least, Bobby can recognize talent and works with employees to provide them with what is needed to excel.

Carl has been a staple of All Phase since 1988. As the Vice President of Operations, he manages the electrical service division and production division. He specializes in Motor, VFD, Soft Start, and Pump System Controls. He also supports satellite call-out systems.
A staple of All Phase Electric Service, Carl is the Vice president and service manager. He joined All Phase at the inception in 1987.
In South Louisiana, born and raised, Ethan manages projects and provides technical support and design experience with All Phase Electrical Service. Equipped with his degree in instrumentation and electricity, he began his career in the Oil and Gas industry in 2010. Specializing in gas and hydrocarbon liquids process control. Ethan joined All Phase in 2021 with 11 years of experience in I &E projects and maintenance of fractionation plants and utility systems, including steam and power generation. He is proud of the experience, culture, and dedication that All Phase provides to their loyal customers and the chance to continue those great relationships.
