AMJL Studio shows collective and solo works with a focus on furniture and exhibition design. Our projects attach to a variation of disciplines and pursue a holistic design approach, integrating physical, digital and virtual aspects, objects and contexts. We work on standalone designs, that are produced and sold by several different manufacturers, as well as commissioned work for established and aspiring brands... At the center of our work is the analysis of different materials and manufacturing techniques. An extensive knowledge of constraints and dependencies in production processes is very important to us and informs our designs just as much as thorough research and rigorous prototyping.The resulting designs feature a reduced design language while still exhibiting an unusual, playful approach.
