Through his company Ascent Asset Management, Parker specializes in acquiring undervalued properties and operating them until they are eventually resold. His goal is to employ Americans (with an emphasis on veterans) and most importantly, provide housing options for those who may otherwise be unable to gain access to affordable housing. Parker's altruistic approach to business has helped him in his many years in Infrastructure Real Estate Development, Institutional Asset Management, and Corporate Finance. Aside from his real estate interest, he is the CEO and Founder of Penn Oak Energy Services, a Washington D.C. based energy development company. He is also a founding partner in Renewable Resources, LLC, which focuses its ‘energy' on solar and solar-thermal energy production. This distinguished disabled Navy Veteran cares about people. With the support of his loyal and compassionate investors, Parker simply wants to give back.
