Since joining the firm in 1997, Ms. Reynolds has extensive experience working on products liability matters, including asbestos. In particular, she assists in providing outsourced claims management services to defendants, insurers and their outside counsel. Ms. Reynolds leads the claims management operational functions of PACE, including new complaint filings capture, resolution processing and the customer service process. Additionally, she currently serves as the accountmanager for a number of asbestos defendants, working as a liaison between all functional areas of PACE and the client personnel and their defense team. Joe also serves as an integral part of their management team for over 20 years. He has negotiated thousands of cases directly with plaintiff counsel around the country during this time. Other responsibilities include defense counsel invoice review for some of our clients and participation in claims audits. Prior to Joe's role with PACE, he worked for the Princeton Claims Services. While Joe was employed at the Princeton Claims Services, he managed asbestos personal injury claims for several defendants on a national basis. He was closely involved in all aspects of claims management, including strategic planning, budgeting and future projections for clients.

Michael Taglialavore

Michael Taglialavore is a Director of PACE Claims Services, LLC based in Michael is a Director in the Hamilton, NJ office of PACE Claims Services, LLC. Mr. Taglialavore is a leader of PACE's Claims Handling Team and leverages 15 years of direct claim handling experience. He has expertise in the investigation, handling, negotiation and adjudication of asbestos claims. In addition, he has a wealth of knowledge regarding policy related issues, life cycle of a claim, trigger, cost-share related issues, reserving and maintenance of a claim file. Mr. Taglialavore works with clients who have asbestos liabilities arising out of their premises, products or operations. He is currently a participant in various defendants' control groups and is responsible for the handling of cases from filing to resolution. He negotiates directly with plaintiffs' firms, when necessary, and has attended settlement conferences, on behalf of clients, in jurisdictions throughout the United States. As each state and jurisdiction has unique issues, he is acutely aware of the nuances associated with them such as the rules concerning apportionment at verdict. Mr. Taglialavore has been able to help defendants reduce costs and exhaustion rates through a variety of creative solutions by working "hand in glove" with clients and their legal team to help determine and implement the approach that works best for them.
