Drew is a partner in Archer's Family and Matrimonial Law Department and has extensive trial, mediation, and settlement experience practicing throughout the State of New Jersey. Drew is a former Professor at Rutgers School of Law, where he taught students on Family Law Motion Practice.

Jennie Owens is an associate in the Family and Matrimonial Services Department. Jennie has experience in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, and adoption. Previously, Jennie served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles M. Rand, P.J.F.P. during the 2006-2007 court term. Jennie is a Master member of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court and serves as its Treasurer. She is chair of the American Inns of Court Program Library Task Force. She is a member of the Burlington, Camden and New Jersey State Bar Associations. Jennie has previously served a three-year term as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court District IV Fee Arbitration Committee, and will begin a second term in September, 2019. She is the Vice-President of the Camden County Library Commission Jennie has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers School of Law in Camden, teaching Family Law Motion Practice and at the Honors College of Rutgers-Camden. She previously served on the executive commission of the Rutgers University Senate. In law school, Jennie received the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Award, and served on the National Moot Court Team in the area of Child Welfare and Adoption law. Stephanie serves as Chair of Archer's Family Law Group. With 20 years of experience in matrimonial law and family law matters, Stephanie focuses her practice on complex matrimonial litigation and represents clients in all aspects of divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, relocation, adoption, and domestic violence litigation. While Stephanie routinely handles complex litigation matters, she also is a trained mediator and mediation-friendly review attorney. Active in the legal community, Stephanie is the President of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court, whose mission is to foster excellence in professionalism, ethics and legal skills for judges, lawyers and law students. She has been a Master member and an Executive Committee member of the Thomas S. Forkin Inn of Court for more than ten years. In addition, Stephanie continues to serve as a Trustee on the National Board of Trustees of the American Inns of Court, having previously served as National Treasurer and Chair of the Program Awards Committee. Stephanie is the first person from New Jersey to ever serve in these roles.

Bill Thompson joined Archer in 1979 and became a shareholder in 1986. He focuses his practice in all aspects of family law including divorce, adoption, parental rights, custody, support, and domestic violence. Bill also has extensive experience in family mediation. Although the majority of Bill's practice is concentrated in family law, he also has a broad range of litigation experience including commercial litigation, landlord/tenant litigation, and estate litigation. Bill has served as an editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, Co-Chair of the Camden County Family Law Committee, and was elected to serve as Chairman of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section. He is the Past President of the Thomas Forkin Family Law Inns of Court. Bill is also a frequent lecturer for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Camden County Bar Association. In addition to his law practice, Bill is the former Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the NJ Chapter, Arthritis Foundation and is a past member of the Board of the Deerbrook Swim Club in New Jersey. Bill earned his B.A. in political science and peace studies from Juniata College in 1976. At Juniata College, Bill was a member of the varsity track team and received the John Blood Outstanding Student Athlete award in his senior year. Bill earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 1979.
