Camille Wong joined our team in February 2021. Prior to joining AVENS, she practiced business law with a corporate law firm. Her practice focuses on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on transactions.

Caroline Dubé joined our team following a radical career change. Having owned a hair salon for nearly ten years, she recently discovered a passion for the legal world. Always attentive to the needs of those around her, Caroline supports all members of AVENS in their daily tasks and allows them to achieve a high level of efficiency.
Resourceful and altruistic, she is always in solution mode. Her versatility and proactivity make her a key element of our success.
Catherine Cloutier practices mainly in commercial litigation. A seasoned litigator with over twenty years of practice, Catherine has extensive experience before the courts and has set precedents in several cases. She has the flair and abilities required to help our clients prevent litigious issues. Blessed with an outstanding capacity for synthesis, Catherine is also an accomplished strategist. Catherine's interventions are always informed by her constant quest for efficiency, focus and hard results.
Daniel was also the founding president of Concerto, an international legal association of law firms with 18 members in Europe, North and South America and the Middle East, group of which AVENS Montreal is a member. Finally, he is co-author of Restrictive Covenants and Trade Secrets in Employment Law: an international survey of the American Bar Association, labour and employment law, regarding the United Arab Emirates. Experience abroad
A lawyer trained in business and commercial law, he specializes in the pharmaceutical, technology, manufacturing and export sectors. Francis also practiced law in Southeast Asia for a number of years, where he observed the opportunities available to companies diversifying their markets and sources of supply. These opportunities create risks, but his experience allows him to identify them and ways to avoid these risks.
