Antoine's experience includes audit attestation, financial reporting, forensic investigations, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency. A team player with varied experience and resulting from years of dealing with complex fund related issues, Antoine is diligent and thorough in swiftly understanding and addressing complex problems including those related to disputes, restructurings, illiquid assets, investment structures, redemptions, indemnity provisions, creditor claims, contractual rights and litigation.

David White is an accomplished professional with over 13 years of audit experience with international accounting firms. His past experience ranges from Fortune 100 to small, closely held companies in industries as varied as transportation, manufacturing, construction, and banking and financial services, with a recent focus on investment funds in particular. He has in-depth experience and knowledge of financial reporting practices for investment funds reporting under both US GAAP and IFRS.
David is currently the Director of CNS Accounting Solutions Ltd., a subsidiary of BDO Cayman Islands, where he is leading the team of professionals providing solutions to service providers primarily in the financial services industry. CNS offers service providers the opportunity to utilize its expertise and staffing on a demand basis to enhance efficiencies and lower costs.

Declan is a Director of BDO Cayman Ltd.'s corporate recovery and insolvency subsidiary, BDO CRI (Cayman) Ltd.
Declan has over 17 years experience in restructuring and insolvency, and previously worked in financial services and restructuring in Ireland.
He has worked on a variety of engagements, both solvent and insolvent, including voluntary, provisional and official liquidations and both creditors and shareholder resolutions procedures. Declan has also conducted financial reviews of companies for financial institutions

He has also worked in South Africa and the Channel Islands where he served multinational corporations operating in a wide variety of sectors, including industrial, automotive, private wealth and bank trust companies. He has an in-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States of America (US GAAP).
Gerhard joined BDO in August 2020 where he manages a team of professional staff, providing audit and related services to clients in a broad range of industries, primarily asset management and fiduciary services.

Glen has been involved with the financial services industry for over 20 years. He had responsibility for the establishment of the Cayman Islands BDO office in October 2002, having previously worked for BDO in the British Virgin Islands for four years. Glen has been exposed to auditing funds with a multitude of strategies, jurisdictions of managers and other service providers and accounting standards. He also has extensive captive insurance experience. In the past 18 years, the office has grown to a staff of over fifty people responsible for approx 450 fund audit engagements ranging in size from a million to billions of dollars in assets and over 100 captive insurance audits.
Glen has been a fund raising director with one of the Rotary clubs and also financially supported many charities and sports within the Cayman Islands.
James is an audit partner and has been involved in the offshore financial services industry since 1997. James has worked with a wide variety of clients from small start-up entities to global financial institutions, all with an equally diverse array of investment strategies and reporting requirements. His audit experience primarily encompasses hedge funds, private equity and alternative investment vehicles, and he has extensive experience in the application of both US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). James' areas of expertise include hedge funds and private equity.

Jorge Santiago is an IT director in the Risk Advisory Services practice at BDO USA. Jorge has more than 21 years of experience in risk management, IT governance, internal audit, compliance, and oversight of process and technology integration engagements within the consumer products, financial services, healthcare, technology, and education industries, among others.
Jorge has deep experience in a wide range of functional and technical areas that include IT financial audit support, privacy & security advisory, IT risk management, cybersecurity, internal audit outsourcing/co-sourcing, data analytics, disaster recovery/business continuity, controls design, implementation and testing, and project/program management. Additionally, Jorge has more than 11 years of experience performing and leading service organization reporting examinations using AICPA standards.
Jorge is familiar with most significant business processes supported by IT and has led internal audit functions for global consumer products companies, coordinated program management efforts for large-scale IT projects, and supported financial audits for various public and private clients. He has also managed IT internal controls definition and remediation efforts for several multi-billion-dollar clients in various countries.
Jorge is a HITRUST Assessor and is currently pursuing a certification as a Project Management Professional.
Julianne has over 5 years of experience in the industry, providing related services to clients in both Canada and the Cayman Islands. Since joining BDO in January 2019, she has managed a portfolio of clients comprising captive insurance, reinsurance and hedge funds. She has in-depth knowledge of the application of ASPE, IFRS, and US GAAP.
Julianne manages a team of professional staff, providing audit services to the global financial services industry from the CNS office in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Muhammad is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients comprised primarily of investment funds including private equity and alternative investment vehicles with a variety of strategies, sizes and structures.
Since joining BDO in 2021, Muhammad has been responsible for managing a team of professional staff to provide services to clients primarily within the financial services industry. He has in-depth knowledge of the application of IFRS and US GAAP.
Muhammad is currently working for CNS Accounting Solutions Ltd., a subsidiary of BDO Cayman Islands located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he manages a team of professional staff, providing solutions to those primarily in the financial services industry.
Muzaffar has over twenty years of experience in the investment fund industry in various capacities including audit, fund setup, fund administration and accounting, transfer agency, custody, liquidations, and compliance. He is an adjunct professor at the International College of the Cayman Islands, a USA accredited university in the Cayman Islands.
