The above Chart is a list of Bottom Line Equipment's COVID-19 Response Team Captains and Co-Captains that have been given the delegation of power from the Bottom Line Equipment's Executive Team. Bottom Line Equipment has created COVID-19 Response Team Captains and Co-Captains for each location, to which it has delegated authority to declare and enforce initiatives and protocols to protect the health and financial security of all of Bottom Line Equipment's stakeholders. All directives given by these team members must be adhered to regardless of the Captains and Co-Captains respective titles. However, if a directive is given by one of these team members it must be documented. The Captain and/or the Co-Captain must send an email to include all parties involved and the directive given. Captains and/or Co-Captains must carbon copy the Bottom Line Equipment's Executive COVID-19 Response Team on all of these emails.
