Andrew Berg has served as President of Robert Graham and Avirex since April 2016. In this role, he leads the direction and development of the contemporary menswear brands. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Menswear at Theory from September 2012 to April 2016. Before that, Mr. Berg was GMM of RUGBY Ralph Lauren from 2009 to 2012. Mr. Berg holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
Mr. Pruthi has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Centric Brands LLC. since November 2018. In this role, he is responsible for driving strategic and scenario planning, as well as overall financial management of the Company. Previously, Mr. Pruthi served as Chief Financial Officer of Reliance Retail Ltd., a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, from June 2013 through October 2014. Mr. Pruthi holds a B.A. and Masters in Finance from Bentley College.

Ms. Brown has served as the President of Entertainment Licensing Group for Centric Brands LLC. since October 2018. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the entertainment business including sleepwear and beauty. Most recently, Ms. Brown was the President of Licensed Character Sleepwear & Beauty at Global Brands Group from 2016 through October 2018. Prior to that, from 2001-2015 Ms. Brown held various senior leadership positions at Jones Apparel Group rising to President of the Juniors/Girls Division of the Jones Jeanswear Group. Ms. Brown holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University at Albany, SUNY.

Mr. Kahn is Group President of Accessories for Centric Brands LLC., a position that he has held since October 2018. In this role, he leads the accessories business which includes an extensive portfolio of iconic brands across multiple product categories including bags, hosiery, scarves, jewelry, cold weather apparel and small leather goods. Most recently, Mr. Kahn was the President of Accessories, Socks & Home for Global Brands Group, a leading design, production and distribution company for men's and women's accessories in America, from July 2010 through October 2018. Mr. Kahn began his career at Cipriani Accessories and held various roles of increasing responsibility during his nineteen-year tenure there, eventually becoming CEO.
Mr. Kahn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Northeastern University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Learning Disabilities, receiving their Distinguished Leadership Award in 2016, a recipient of the Sally L Smith Founders Award from AIM Academy and an active member of the Young President's Organization's Metro Chapter.
Mr. Rabin has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Centric Brands LLC. and as a member of the board of directors since October 2018. Mr. Rabin is responsible for building and leading the senior executive team and setting the strategy and direction of the Company including driving the Company's culture, values, and behavior.
Most recently, Mr. Rabin was President, North America of Global Brands Group since November 2015, and served as Chief Merchandising Officer from 2014 to 2017 overseeing Global Brand Group's merchandising strategy and global brand portfolio. Previously, Mr. Rabin was President of Li & Fung Group Asia Limited, where he managed the Company's fashion and home distribution business in Asia. Prior to that, he was President of Kids Headquarters, a children's and young men's apparel manufacturer from 2003 to 2009. Mr. Rabin holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
Mr. Rabin has received several awards for his leadership accomplishments at Kids Headquarters, including the Supplier Performance Award by Retail Category, the Ernie Awards and the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association (LIMA) Licensing Excellence Award, in addition to the Business Visionary Award at the 21st Annual Accessories Council Excellence Awards ceremony in 2017.

Mr. Goethals has served as the Chief Information Officer of Centric Brands LLC. since August 2023. In this role, he is responsible for developing and driving the strategic direction of the Company's global technology vision, as well as overseeing the global IT team, strategy, infrastructure, and applications to support the Company's broader corporate objectives. Most recently, Mr. Goethals served as the Senior Vice President, Merchandising Operations and Insights at Ross Stores, after holding several other leadership positions there since August 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Goethals held a senior transformation role at Toys'R'Us and consulted at PwC and IBM, where he advised on strategic technology and operational challenges. Mr. Goethals holds a B.S. in Finance and Statistics from Fordham University and an M.B.A from the University of Notre Dame.

Most recently, Mr. Compagnon was the Senior Advisor of Fung Group since January 2019. Prior to that, he was the Group President and Executive Director of Li & Fung (Trading) Ltd from 2014 - 2019. He joined Li & Fung in 2000 at the time of the acquisition of Colby International Limited where he was a partner and Chief Merchandising Officer for 17 years. Marc Goldfarb - Chief Legal Officer, EVP

Marc Goldfarb has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Centric Brands since August 22. In this role, he oversees Centric's global legal operations and teams, including all legal services, compliance and ethics, serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and consulting on corporate affairs. Most recently, Mr. Goldfarb served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc., from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Kid Brands, Inc. from 2005 to 2014 and assumed the same role at Fullbeauty Brands from 2014 to 2017. Earlier in his career, he served as a partner in the law firm of Bachner, Tally, Polevoy & Misher LLP and as an associate attorney at the law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Goldfarb earned his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.S. from Cornell University.
Mr. Pinkow has served as the Group President of Kids for Centric Brands LLC. since October 2018. In this role, Mr. Pinkow oversees an extensive portfolio of licensed properties and distribution channels for Kids apparel. Most recently, Mr. Pinkow was the Group President of Kids for Global Brands Group. Prior to that, Mr. Pinkow was the Co-President of Men's & Kid's at GBG from 2016 to 2018. Mr. Pinkow holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing & Related Support Services from Hofstra University.

In this role, she drives strategic direction, operational efficiencies, and customer experience and oversees all brands Production, Design, Sales, Planning and Merchandising organizations. Ms. Biszantz joined Centric Brands in December 2015 as President of Joe's Jeans Inc. and held that position through March 2019. Prior to joining Centric Brands, Ms. Biszantz was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Greg Norman Collection, a division of Reebok, from 2001 to 2008, and then assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at La Perla North America from 2008 to 2015. Ms. Biszantz holds a B.A. in Media Arts with a minor in Communications and Political Science from the University of Arizona.

Prior to that, Ms. Fersko served in high-level operational and financial roles at The Jones Group, including COO/CFO of Jones Jeanswear Group from 2002 to 2011 and as Executive Vice President, Finance & Operations from 2011 to 2014. Ms. Fersko holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the State University of New York.
