Andrea has a vast amount of experience working in Charter schools. Andrea has been serving students and parents in Charter schools for the last 22 years. Andrea's main focus is student enrollment. Andrea is on the forefront of helping and supporting the needs of students and parents every single day. Not only does she work as an enrollment specialist, but she works as the student transportation coordinator. Andrea works with the Board of Education ensuring that district students are reported. Andrea has a wealth of administrative duties as well. She maintains student records, tracks attendance, and provides tremendous support to her fellow coworkers. Andrea is another blossom at DCHS, as the school could not operate without her!

April McArthur came into the educational sector with fourteen years' experience at R. R. Donnelley, a communications and marketing company. Ten of those years, April spent working in Quality Assurance. Her quality assurance experience has benefitted Dohn Community High School where April has been employed now for almost seven years. During her time at Dohn, April has been responsible for all student records which includes attendance and transcripts. April has great attention to detail and she is a strong communicator. These skills are utilized in Dohn's Credit Recovery Program. April oversees this program and her main responsibility is organizing and tracking all credit recovery tests and communicating the test scores with counselors. April is also responsible for Progressbook, as she creates new courses, adds staff members and gives parent access. April is a great multi-tasker, as she is able to juggle all of these roles at DCHS. Her educational background is in Business Management and Marketing. Her education and work experience has created an expert in technology which includes a wealth of knowledge in operating Google Suites and Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Diana Puppin is a successful marketing strategist-a branding, advertising, and graphic design expert. With 20+ years of experience in corporate marketing, advertising, and running her own business, Diana helps organizations effectively market their products or services by designing integrated marketing solutions.
Additionally, Diana has over 15 years of experience following her passion for working with nonprofits. She serves as president on the HeartStone Foundation Board of Directors and provides her marketing and design talents to various cancer awareness fundraising events and organizations, such as Fit-to-Fight Ovarian Cancer's Triathlon, Check Your Genes, and The Gathering Place.
As a dynamic team member, Diana contributes to the successful story branding of Dohn Community High School. She is responsible for the planning, development, and growth of their social media platforms, website, and marketing materials. No matter what stage of development an organization is in, Diana can guide, drive, and produce integrated marketing solutions that make an impact.
Javoria Bryant has been working with students for over 11 years. She graduated from Miami University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Previously she worked for a childcare center as the director handling employee relations, accounting, and parent communication. In 2018 she came to Dohn Community High School as a tutor and Food Service Manager. Additionally, she has become involved with the seniors in their final capstone projects, community service, and partnered with the Freestore Foodbank of Greater Cincinnati and LaSoupe to create Dohn's Food Pantry. Javoria serves as the Human Resources Coordinator for CCSC.
Michael has lived in Cincinnati his entire life and attended the University of Cincinnati where he received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. For the last 27 years he has worked in public finance. In 2006, Michael began providing school treasurer services to community schools. Over the last fourteen years he has provided treasurer services, EMIS services and CCIP services to over 15 community schools. The schools he has worked with range from very small to very large and his 27 years of experience as a state auditor and traditional public school Treasurer/CFO has assisted these schools in navigating the challenges of community schools in Ohio.
In 2007, after working ten years at Georgetown Exempted Village Schools Michael was hired by Batavia Local school District as their Treasurer/CFO where he is still employed today. As the Treasurer/CFO of Batavia Schools he is responsible for a budget of $23 million dollars, a payroll of $15 million and is an integral part of the team that has passed levies to build almost $80 million dollars in new construction. During his tenure at Batavia the district's financial position has improved tremendously while adding new buildings, and all this was done with very limited new tax levies.

Nancy has been at Dohn Community High School for over fourteen years. Nancy is an Accounts Specialist, as she has been working Accounts Payables and Receivables for the last thirteen years. She works closely with the Director on incoming donations, expense tracking and other receipts. Nancy has the important job of making sure that all employees get paid. When Nancy began her work in payroll, there were only nine employees and now she ensures that 130 people get paid. Some of the other important tasks include processing all deduction checks and submitting reports to the IRS. Nancy is an integral part of Dohn Community High School, as she is a strong support to staff at DCHS and is present everyday ensuring that the school operates successfully. The school cannot operate without her!
Ramone Davenport has extensive experience in executive leadership, business operations, educational and school leadership and personnel management. Within his first year of teaching, he became Head of the Science Department and Dean of Students soon followed, and Assistant Principal soon after that. He started at Dohn Community High School (DCHS) in the role of Assistant Principal and became Principal within six months. Kenneth Furrier, Dohn's former Superintendent, now deceased, saw Mr. Davenport's exceptional talent for leadership and mentored him into his current role as Director, combining responsibilities of Principal and Superintendent. Under his leadership, Dohn Community High School has grown from one location in 2009 to seven locations presently. The number of graduates under his leadership has grown from four students to 1,000+ students for the 2019-2020 school year.
Ramone Davenport was the first charter school teacher hired in Ohio in 1998. He has been in charter schools ever since. His passion for health has inspired others working under him to be healthy. He works to change absentee ease through programs like Credit Flex and Credit Recovery. As a leader, Mr. Davenport can be stern. However, compassionate wisdom underlies that starkness. He sees the unique path each student must take from enrollment to graduation. He sees what the school, and staff, needs to do to help each student succeed. Earning a high school diploma is baseline preparation for adulthood, finding fulfillment in life and earning a viable wage. Graduation is possible for Dohn students, in large part, due to world-class leadership at Dohn Community High School.

Sarah Willis has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Interpersonal Communication, Non-Profit, and Public Relations which she received in 2007. She obtained a certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2013. After three years, Sarah pursued a Master's of Special Education in 2016 as well as a certificate in Assistive Technology. For five years, Sarah worked as a Paralegal Clerk at a prominent law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio before serving as a Special Education Paraprofessional for Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) for four years. From CPS, Sarah became an Intervention Specialist for Dohn Community High School (DCHS) and progressed through various roles at the school, acting as Lead Intervention Specialist, the Director of Student Support Services, and Special Education. In her second year at DCHS, Sarah's role expanded to include the Cincinnati Charter School Collaborative (CCSC) where she has been the Director of Student Support Services and Special Education for two years. Her duties include making sure all Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs) and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) are being written and implemented appropriately, overseeing all Special Education records are in compliance with federal, state, and sponsor regulations, and lastly supporting parents' voices are being heard when concerning Special Education services.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, Sarah has two siblings who were students with disabilities themselves and are now Intervention Specialists. Sarah remarks, "having both an educational and personal background in Special Education, I know I will make my mark and help students be successful in school and in life".
