Completing his undergraduate at Norwich University of the Arts Conrad received awards from both the RIBA East and Norwich University of the Arts through his third year project exploring concepts of timelessness through the dichotomy of Hull's history and culture. Conrad is currently an MArch [ARB/RIBA Part II] student at the University of Westminster with an interest in the poetics of spaces. He explores themes which challenge normative perceptions, speculating upon radical futures through intricate narratives of the Anthropocene. During his first year of the MArch Conrad worked part time as a graduate studio teaching assistant whilst also being nominated for an RIBA West London Award for his project exploring the reinvention of death spaces in response to Palermo and the wider issues regarding unsustainable funerary practices in the urban landscape...
