Gordian Servicing Limited, a sister company of Gordian Holdings was incorporated in February 2022 under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with registration number HE 430841 ("Gordian Servicing"). Gordian Servicing is duly authorised by the Central Bank of Cyprus to operate as a credit servicer, and has been appointed by Gordian Holdings (under and in accordance with the terms of a servicing agreement), to manage the servicing of all loans and credit claims, as well as other assets that Gordian Holdings acquired, in accordance with best practices and in full adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
