Amy is a Lawyer in our Wills and Estates team.
Prior to joining the firm, Amy worked for a boutique law firm and a medium size law firm focusing on estate planning and estate administration. Amy also gained hands-on experience in providing legal administrative support in a range of practice areas such as commercial, property, employment, family and superannuation law prior to her admission.
Recognising the handling of wills and estate matters can be emotionally taxing for clients, Amy takes the time to work closely with each client to better understand their unique circumstances and provide them with high quality legal solutions.
Amy was admitted to practice in 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws at Victoria University on an Achievement Scholarship.
Andrew was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1976.
He was a partner, then a sole practitioner in a law firm in Kew from 1984 until 2019 when his firm Donald & Ryan Lawyers merged with Danaher Moulton.
Bianca is a Senior Associate in our Wills and Estates team and is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates. Bianca has over 15 years experience working in boutique practices and has a particular interest in complex estate planning, and the administration of complicated estates. She works with young families, high net wealth individuals/families and people with sensitive or complicated personal/financial circumstances. Bianca is known for her kindness, patience, and ability to explain difficult legal concepts in plain English. Her empathetic and pragmatic approach enables her to comfort and support clients in their time of need, and when making difficult life decisions.

Bill commenced his professional career at Deloitte in their then Growth Solutions Tax division in late 2007 subsequently spending close to 5 years as a tax advisor to top tier law and accounting firm partners in Taxpayers Australia Inc in respect of the most complex tax technical matters.
Bill then worked as a partner in accounting firms, eventually forming his own boutique tax advisory practice in July 2018. He built a solid and successful tax advisory firm prior to completing his law degree and coming to practice at Danaher Moulton.
Bo is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team. He has been a litigator for over 10 years with a wide array of experience, mostly in commercial litigation. He has appeared in a number of different Courts and Tribunals across Victoria, confidently representing his clients but also ensuring that they receive sensible and timely advice.
He also maintains a small criminal practice and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.

Edward is a Senior Associate in Danaher Moulton's Corporate Team with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and general commercial work. Having extensive experience both in private practice and as a senior in-house lawyer, Edward brings an insightful, practical and commercial approach to legal practice. In addition to mergers and acquisitions, Edward's areas of expertise include corporate restructuring, capital raising, commercial contracts and corporate governance.
Elizabeth has over 20 years' experience in Property Law, working with clients including public national residential developers, industrial and commercial developers, and private land holders. Elizabeth works closely with her clients to understand their priorities and goals, including those outside the parameters of the projects she is consulted on, and provides tailored assistance and advice as required.
Elizabeth has advised major developers in relation to all aspects of large scale residential developments, from due diligence on acquisition to sale of individual vacant land, and medium and high density lots. Her experience extends to all kinds of development, including commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects, and acting for clients with all levels of experience in development as well as social housing providers. Elizabeth also has extensive experience in commercial and retail leasing, including acting for shopping centre landlords and large supermarket tenants.

Fleur is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution team with more than a decade of experience as a lawyer, working in a range of areas including administrative law, general litigation, bankruptcy, employment, debt recovery, crime, building and construction, and deceased estates. She has represented clients in a large number of litigious matters across all Victorian and Federal Court jurisdictions, including the High Court. Other responsibilities include providing advice, preparing pleadings, and supervising and mentoring junior practitioners.

Georgina is a Special Counsel in Danaher Moulton's Corporate Team, advising on a variety of corporate and commercial matters with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, general commercial advice and contracts, employee share plans and capital raising including equity crowd sourced funding.
Georgina has assisted sellers, private equity firms and principal investors in highly structured and complex transactions, across a diverse range of industries including transport and logistics, aviation, engineering, hospitality, electrical, financial services, pharmaceutical, medical, franchising, agriculture, manufacturing and retail.
James has significant experience in major litigation in both the Supreme and Federal Courts. James has a proactive and energetic approach to dispute resolution and prides himself on providing advice that is strategic, practical and commercial. He has a broad litigation experience having litigated in all Victorian jurisdictions, as well as VCAT and the Commonwealth Courts.
Lee is a solicitor within our Commercial team. Lee is focused on providing high-level and tailored legal and commercial solutions to his clients and is committed to establishing longstanding professional relationships based on trust. Lee brings a unique and broad skillset to the firm and prides himself on his ability to deliver holistic advice to his clients and their individual circumstances.
Matthew is a Partner in Danaher Moulton's Corporate Team, advising listed and private companies on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and restructures, partnerships, general commercial contracts and corporate governance. Matthew's commercially minded and practical approach allows him to provide meaningful advice on complex legal matters.
Murray was admitted in 1980 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
He practised mainly as a Sole Practitioner in East Kew from 1991 to June 2021 when his firm merged with Danaher Moulton Lawyers.
Naomi is a Partner and Heads the Wills and Estates Department of the Firm. She brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having worked in small, suburban, medium and large national based firms across her 20+ years practising exclusively in the area of Wills and Estates.
She has been a Law Institute Accredited (LIV) specialist in Wills and Estates since 2006.
She was a member of the LIV Specialisation Board from 2009 - 2022 and a former Co-Chair of the LIV Wills and Estates Specialisation Advisory Committee.
Naomi is a member of STEP and a regular instructor and presenter at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law for trainee lawyers and existing Practitioners as well as an adjunct lecturer for the College of Law Masters of Applied Law in Wills and Estates.
In 2016, she was awarded a Certificate of Service by the LIV for her services and contribution to the LIV and to the Legal Profession.
Naomi has also been recognised by her peers as a leader in her field by being included as a recommended lawyer in the prestigious "Doyle's Guide" National Annual Listings/Rankings for Estate litigation lawyers in Victoria each year since 2019 and additionally as a recommended lawyer in the Wills and Estates and Succession Planning Victorian Lawyer rankings each year since 2021.
Naomi is an Associate in Danaher Moulton's Corporate Team with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and general commercial work. Naomi brings a practical and solutions focused approach to legal practice.

Natalie is an associate/lawyer in our Wills and Estates team having practiced exclusively in this area for over seven years at a number of boutique and mid-tier law firms.
She has worked alongside several accredited Wills and Estates specialists and hopes to become an accredited specialist in the area in the not-too-distant future.
She enjoys working across all areas of Wills and Estates with a particular interest in complex estate administration matters, estate litigation and guardianship and administration matters.
Natalie appreciates how difficult it can be to navigate the process of administering the estate of a loved one and prides herself in ensuring the process is streamlined and well understood by her clients.
Her experience and interest in estate litigation has also provided her with invaluable insight into how careful and proper estate planning can be undertaken to avoid unnecessary and costly (both emotionally and financially) estate litigation.
Natalie is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria. When she is not working, Natalie enjoys spending time with her 2-year-old son and her husband.

Nicholas is a Solicitor in Danaher Moulton's Corporate Team with recent experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and general commercial work. He understands the path between legal issues and solutions often isn't linear and requires an open minded and adaptable approach to ensure the best outcomes for the client.
Peter is a veteran business lawyer who brings more than 40 years' experience and a highly pragmatic approach to complex commercial and corporate matters. He offers comprehensive strategic advice to business owners, steering them through various issues from operational structures to generational change and transitions. Peter has many clients who have been clients for decades.

Peter is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Law with a deep personal understanding of business and legal issues: experience that enables him to provide specialised advice on growing, acquiring, selling and restructuring businesses. Peter's approach is informed by over 3 decades of experience working in senior executive roles: C level roles in public companies, a national law firm, insolvency practitioner, a venture capitalist and as a strategic advisor to Melbourne research institute and SMEs. He has also served as a director on public and private companies.
Ronald has significant experience previously being a partner at Serry White & Co Solicitors focusing on commercial and residential property transactions. Ronald has been involved in property transactions totalling in excess of $2.5 billion including residential, commercial and industrial. Ronald's philosophy is to be thorough and noting that the devil is in the detail, what's in the contract, and importantly what's not.
Ronald's experience led him to work with one of Melbourne's renowned property developers, Ezriel Rabinowicz and together they listed the Rabinov Property Trust on the ASX of which Ronald was the Managing Director.

Simon is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team. As a former barrister, Simon has appeared as a trial advocate in a broad range of civil matters including contract, property disputes and corporations law. His extensive experience with complex and large-scale litigious matters also provides him with a unique view on front-end commercial advice, drafting and strategy. He has a particular interest in commercial structuring transactions, advice work and intellectual property disputes.
Simon is a Law Institute of Victoria member. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports and music.
Stephen is a Corporate Advisory and Mergers and Acquisitions partner with over 30 years' experience. Focusing primarily on privately owned businesses in the SME and mid-market sectors. Stephen is passionate about achieving his clients' commercial objectives, understanding the bigger picture and working through obstacles to achieve a favourable outcome.
Steve is a corporate advisory partner at Danaher Moulton with experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and general corporate and commercial law matters.

Tim is a Special Counsel in the Dispute Resolution team and provides advice on a wide range of commercial disputes. Tim has extensive experience with complex litigation, having represented clients in the High Court of Australia, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Victoria, Supreme Court of Queensland and Supreme Court of Western Australia. Tim appreciates the burden that complex litigation has on his clients, and is focused on bringing a commercially sensible, outcome-oriented approach to litigation.
Tim is a member of the Victoria Racing Club and is a passionate Carlton supporter. He enjoys cooking, live music, playing guitar and travelling. In November 2021, Tim rode his bike from Mildura to Melbourne in the Silver Lining Ride to raise funds for research into an early detection test for ovarian cancer.

Will is a Senior Associate in the Property and Development team.
Will has experience with residential and commercial developments, complex property transactions, retail and commercial leasing, general conveyancing and FIRB applications.
Will is focused on understanding the needs and objectives of clients to deliver the best outcome and exceed the client's expectations each time, every time. Will also speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
