Andreas Bollmann is a partner of Faber and has more than 20 years of experience in international reinsurance, gained in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
In 2013, he joined Faber from Saudi Re, a Riyadh-based reinsurer, where he served as Chief Underwriting Officer. Until 2010, he worked at Swiss Re where he held several senior management positions, mainly in Asia.
Andreas started his reinsurance career as Account Executive for Japan, first based in Munich and later in Zurich and Hong Kong. In 2004 he was appointed to Head of Swiss Re's Korea branch in Seoul before moving to Singapore as Head of the Public Sector Business Development Team Asia.
Before joining the reinsurance industry, Andreas served in the German Army as a helicopter pilot and Public Relations Officer. He is a German national who holds a MSc from Duisburg University in East Asian Studies with majors in economics, political science and Japanese.

Henner Alms is a founding partner of Faber. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and marketing communications, gained primarily in financial services and also in the consumer goods and the medtech industry.

Sara Thomas is a senior associate at Faber. Sara has exceptional skills in re/insurance thought-leadership writing and publication project management. She also has deep industry knowledge from a 25+ year career in re/insurance marketing and corporate communications, built from a solid experience base in underwriting, claims and reporting. Sara is an expert content creator with the skills to plan, write, edit and publish high-quality content on any industry or line of business topic, Non-life and Life & Health. Her track record notably includes producing clear, focused messaging on catastrophe modeling, data analytics and diverse medical risk trends.
Sara joined Faber in 2023 from PartnerRe, where she was Senior Writer & Editor, responsible for producing all the company's research reports, articles and market surveys. She began her career in re/insurance with Commercial Union (now Aviva) in London.
Sara is mother-tongue English and also speaks German. She has a doctorate (D.Phil.) and bachelor (BA) degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Oxford, UK, and is an Associate of the UK's Chartered Insurance Institute (Chartered Insurance Practitioner).

Simone Lauper is a partner at Faber. She spent more than 20 years in senior management positions in leading financial services institutions, working in Switzerland and abroad.
Simone joined Faber from Tokio Millennium Re, where she was the firm's Head of Corporate Communications since 2015, in charge of the company's repositioning before the company was acquired in 2019.

Steffi Schanz is a Senior Associate at Faber. She has more than 12 years of experience in investment communication gained at a renowned Swiss private bank.
Steffi joined Faber at the beginning of 2016 from Vontobel Asset Management AG, where she served in various roles including Head of Investment Content Support, Senior Business Analyst (Competitor Research) and Senior Investment Writer.
Steffi is a Swiss and German national and holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics and German Literature from the University of Hagen, Germany.
