Josée Parenteau

Holding a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and a certificate in professional accounting since 1994, Josée Parenteau is a member of l'Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec as well as the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Between 1995 and 2012, she occupied several management positions within businesses in Québec and then joined FTE Drilling in 2012. As chief of financial management, Ms. Parenteau is in charge of the accounting, consolidation and finance departments at FTE Drilling. She also coordinates financial and fiscal matters between Canada, Africa, and South America. Ms. Parenteau also plays an important role in the management of human resources and coordination of IT activities.

Marc Morin

Holding a bachelor's degree in business administration, with an accounting concentration, Marc Morin has also completed a certificate in professional accounting. He joined FTE Drilling in 2010 after working for 15 years as a controller and manager for a company in Quebec specialized in industrial products. Since 2014, Mr. Morin acts as administrative manager in West Africa for FTE Drilling. His great management abilities make him versatile, attainable, and an unmatched team player.

Yanic Bernier - President

President-CEO of FTE Drilling since July 2015, Yanic Bernier is a chartered accountant as well as a member of l'Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec since 1994. He completed his bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, as well as a certificate in professional accounting. His past experience within two large businesses in Québec, have allowed him to develop a keen eye for business. Since his arrival at FTE Drilling in 2004 as vice-president, Mr. Bernier demonstrates a professional expertise and a deep knowledge of the drilling industry that contributes to the company's world-class reputation. Yanic Bernier is also involved in professional organisations. Since 2002, he is the administrator and treasurer of the Comité de promotion industrielle de Sherbrooke (CPIS). He has also occupied the role of president during 4 years at Association des entrepreneurs en forage du Québec, where he is today the vice-president.
