Kevin is a management consultant with 30+ years of experience in consulting practise across various industries. He has led Lean Manufacturing implementation for clients across Asia, North America and Europe over the years, delivering quantifiable business results. Kevin served as Partner for MSA Management Consulting Ltd where he conducted an external review of a $250M systems consolidation program to enhance the global investment management capabilities of an organization with 26M customers and over $1T in assets amongst others. He has firsthand experience with the challenges and opportunities facing today's organizations. He has an unwavering passion in helping organizations achieve positive business outcomes.

Wale is a Co-founder at Leanble. He has 13+ years of continuous improvement, project management & business analysis experience, helping organizations create structures to optimize their resources while bridging gaps between business & technology teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
Yetunde (PJ) is a Senior Partner at Leanble. She is a Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing stakeholder engagements to design and deliver sustainable projects that enhance market access channels. She led programs across different geographies within various multinationals - Johnson & Johnson, Novo Nordisk, Medtronic & recently Shoppers Drugmart.
She led the Restorative Therapy Group across six (6) countries for innovative therapies, through effective planning, budgeting and stakeholder engagements.
PJ (as fondly called) is a first-class Pharmacy graduate with a distinction in Epidemiology and medical statistics at the Master's level. She is a Member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders, a Certified Pharmacist, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Double Certified Health Economist (World Bank /the University of Washington).
