Loxeria was founded virtually on the 19th of may 2020 in response to the problems faced by the African community as a result of the COVID-19 lock-down restrictions. Millions of Africans lost their jobs, and millions more couldn't gain access to food as markets were shutdown. We decided to alleviate the sufferings of the African community by making provision of jobs to the taxi drivers and all in the transport sector as delivery agents instead of going without money. We also decided to make food available to people by bringing them a virtual marketplace so that they could stay home and stay safe while getting access to their essentials. We also decided to reduce the stress on market vendors who had lost their means of livelihood by bringing their customers to them virtually...
