David is a Strategic Business Architect and transformation consultant who, since 2008 has been delivering business transformation training courses and one to one coaching to senior employees of the UK's most iconic companies. His background, gained in financial services, is in Business Architecture, Lean, Business Process Management, AGILE Change Management and the development and delivery of Target Operating Models. As a qualified adult education teacher he also lectures on undergraduate programmes teaching Strategic Management topics.

Kirill Derevenski

Kirill Derevenski is an experienced Strategic Business Architect with a keen interest in Operating Model design, implementation and Transformation & Change management. His career spans 10 years with Sodexo, where he worked in Corporate Strategic Planning for a c. 1 Billion Business Unit, was a CEO of one of Sodexo's overseas companies and a key member of Sodexo's Global Transformation Office charged with orchestrating a multi-million operating model adjustment. Prior to joining Sodexo, Kirill worked in strategic consulting, successfully merging top level helicopter views with down-to-earth operational realities to deliver business results. His clients included well known multinationals - Nestlé, BASF and Tetra Pak, as well as governmental bodies such as Scottish Enterprise and Enterprise Ireland. As an Operating Model Partner, Kirill combines established methodologies with real world practices to assist companies in optimising business results through successful transformation to market-responsive Target Operating Models. He offers his multifaceted strategic, operational and international experience to develop, align with stakeholders, and implement complete Transformation & Change Management programmes, and to lead and/or support in-house strategy and transformation teams.
