Gaurav is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Lawyer, and CCA. He has been serving clients for more than 6 years in Intelligence investigations undertaken by the Indian regulatory authorities and RBI-related approvals required under FEMA. At PRGK, he is leading the Special Investigation team. Gaurav has successfully served clients from sectors related to Real Estate, Insurance, and Entertainment Media. His lively attitude has helped in handling critical cases with much ease.
Kailash is a Fellow member of ICAI. He has worked with SS Kothari before founding PRGK. At PRGK, he is responsible for managing the Audit division which includes Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Stock-Audits, Special audits, and Mergers and Acquisition advisory. Kailash also assists in developing and implementing SOPs. For more than 6 years he has been serving sectors related to Education, Hospitality, Auto Ancillary, and E-Commerce. He is inclined toward providing appropriate service at the right time in the best possible manner.

Payal is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow member of ICAI. She has worked with BMR Advisors and PricewaterhouseCoopers before founding PRGK. She has rich experience in Indirect Taxation and Transfer Pricing. Ms. Payal has more than 6 years of experience in sectors like Healthcare, Travel and Tourism, Consumer Electronics, Oil and Gas, IT/ITeS, Textile, Media and Entertainment, Online Video Gaming, Data Access, and Retrieval Service providers, and Education and Publishing. She has closely worked with leading Hospitals, Diagnostic Labs, Hotels, and Travel Agents in implementing Goods and Service Tax in India. She has represented clients at the Commissionerate level and maintains a strong but independent relationship with the key officials of various regulators in India.

Mr. Rana is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of India, possessing strong leadership qualities. At PRGK, he brings immense knowledge of Direct taxation (Income Tax) and FDI norms. Presently, leading Direct Tax division at PRGK. Rana has served clients from Hospitality Sector, Automobiles, Travel and Aviation, BPOs, Manufacturing, and Traders. He has managed Income Tax scrutiny assessments for various clients. Rana has assisted clients in smooth liasioning processes for its clients. With his rich experience of more than 7 years, he is dedicated to serving with quality and precision.
