I have been practicing psychiatry for many years and I love helping individuals work towards a balanced life. Due to burnout, at one point in my career I made a difficult decision to walk away from my practice. Although trained in many different modalities, when I learned and experienced Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I was inspired to come back to practice with a new approach, in order to help individuals and couples heal and achieve a fulfilled and balanced life... My passion lies in helping and healing individuals to move towards integrating all aspects of themselves: thoughts, feelings and body, in order to live a balanced life with meaning and purpose. I deeply value human dignity, will and the freedom of choice... Outside of my psychiatry physician practice, I co-founded a Coaching, Consulting and Spiritual care practice called Team For the Soul. In this practice, I work with individuals to fulfill their highest potential, work through grief and integrate spirituality..
