Martin co-founded Y Soft with Vaclav Muchna. Martin oversees the company's global IT and system integration teams, project managers and Y Soft's internal and external standardization processes while continuing to evangelize new technology.
Milan oversees strategic business development and partner relationships in the Asia Pacific region. He also holds responsibility for general management of the Y Soft subsidiaries in that region.

As Chief Technology Strategist, Ondřej ensures Y Soft products leverage the most advanced technology mapping to customer demands and evangelizes his innovative thinking with customers, partners and at industry events.
Tavs leads our product development along with our product marketing department. As CTO, he stands at the forefront of our technology innovation. Tavs works closely with our partners and other C-liners to ensure we make the right decisions for our overarching technology infrastructure to best align it with our business goals.

Y Soft CEO, Vaclav Muchna, was honored to receive the Centennial Award from the U.S. Embassy in Prague for the development of Czech-American economic ties.
