At Serving Hands, we are committed to our vision of equality. Local issues including women and children of Lagos and surrounding areas are our chief concern and Serving Hands, as an organization, is committed to strive for such issues. These include ensuring women and children in Serving Hands-supported projects have access to free and quality education, primary healthcare and are safe from violence, abuse, and exploitation. We also try to work towards reducing the rate of child malnutrition and make sure women's voices are recognized in issues that affect them... We started a project as a group of friends called "Aiding Angels" to give back to the community that we live in, as expats in Nigeria. As we progressed in our community work, we decided to get registered as Incorporated Trustees of "The Serving Hands Society for The Empowerment of Less Privileged Persons", with the help and efforts of our members and volunteers.
