John Pavacic is the Property Manager for SID Management in Northern Ontario. John has been involved in the real estate industry in some capacity for most of his life. He has managed and owned rental properties for over 35 years and for several years sold real estate professionally as a broker associate. Through this experience John provides exceptional service to our present and future tenants.
Juan is an award-winning Realtor, with over a decade of experience. He consistently ranks amongst the top producers in sales and service. With a strong portfolio of successfully managed special projects, Kendra has experience in both agency and corporate settings, supporting several Fortune 500 companies. She got her start in special projects management through event marketing and soon found her passion for creating project plans and sourcing creative concepts. Kendra graduated from Brock University with her Bachelors Degree and has since continued her education through marketing and project management courses. Kendra is excited to bring these skills and keen eye to detail to SID Developments.

If a market has been flat for decades, it is very difficult to encourage new investments. We stimulate cities at scale through the purchase of hundreds of residential homes helping clear out property owners & landlords who've neglected to keep their properties in good standing whether due to inability or neglect.

Rowena is a Property Manager with SID in Sudbury, Ontario. She joined RWC in 2022. She has previously worked with GWL Realty as a Property Administrator and as an Assistant Manager with Starbucks in North York. In her free time, Rowena enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Equipped with extensive experience in Sales & Recruitment both in small business and corporate settings, Ryan has a vast knowledge of leadership and how to manage teams amongst multiple umbrella companies; Sid Developments, Sid Renos & RWC Management. As a Graduate of Fanshawe College in Sales & Marketing, his education and work experience has allowed him to become diverse and creative with the many verticals in business. Providing guidance and proper oversight for the companies further establishes the success of the team and overall businesses.

Sahil has a civil engineering background from back in India and has built a successful career as a Project Manager in Canada. Sahil studied Construction Management at Fanshawe College and worked as an Assistant Project Manager in Manitoba for two years. Sahil manages SID Projects from start to finish, which can include dozens of sites running concurrently.
Obtained his CPA designation in 2015 and has been a partner at BLR, LLP since 2013. Tim lives and works in Burlington, along with his wife Holly and their three children. When he is not crunching numbers he loves to spend his time travelling, golfing and floating in his pool. Tim would be a boring salesperson, but many find him funny for an accountant.
