Alison has more than 20 years of legal experience representing aviation businesses with a focus on representing Airport based businesses including drafting and negotiating long term airport leases, tenant leases, representing employers in all aspects of the employment relationship, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Before joining Sky Harbour, she was with the Law Offices of Paul A. Lange, LLC. Alison is a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on Air and Space Law and serves as co-chair of the Forum's Airport Committee. She is also a member of Women in Aviation International.
Alison holds a juris doctorate from Pace University's Elisabeth Haub School of Law and a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Political Science from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
Alison resides in Trumbull, CT with her husband, Frank, and their daughter Alexis.
Andre's successful career in real estate brokerage has included more than 100 commercial real estate transactions, with value exceeding $1 billion. He served as Vice President on CBRE's NY/NJ Industrial and Logistics team, representing some of the nation's largest institutional real estate operators and occupiers.
Outside of his professional life, Andre enjoys fishing, biking and snowboarding. He is a Board Member of the Kwenda Girls Charter School, and an Advisory Board member of Brooklyn's Flatbush Nostrand Junction Business Improvement District. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the NBAA.
Andre is the father of Sienna, Elise and Sophie.
He holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University, and a Masters (with Honors) in Real Estate Finance from New York University, where he was a Hirsch Fellow.
Andre manages Member Leasing at Sky Harbour, working to ensure that the Sky Harbour offering is optimized for each individual member's needs.
Dan Ruedisueli brings over 20 years of Business Aviation Operations experience to Sky Harbour. He began his career as a Line Service Technician, ultimately growing to oversee FBO operations at FBO companies including AeroMag, Atlantic Aviation, and Servisair.

Eric served in the United States Navy for 17 years, piloting the Lockheed Martin P-3C Orion as a Mission Commander, Instructor Pilot, and Weapons and Tactics Instructor, accumulating more than 2500 flight hours over six global deployments. He continues to serve in the United States Navy Reserves. Eric was a strategy consultant with Bain and Company for three years.
Outside of his professional life, Eric enjoys reading, traveling with family, and coaching his children's sports teams.
Eric holds a Bachelors Degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Eric and Krissy are parents to two sons and a daughter.
Eric is responsible for identifying and securing Sky Harbour's development sites, and for working with Airport Sponsors to maximize value created for the airport community.
Francisco's career in finance has spanned 30 years, beginning at Goldman Sachs, where he led or participated in more than $25 billion in municipal bond financings, interest rate swaps, and public-private-partnerships in the infrastructure space, with an emphasis on airports. Francisco continued his career at the Royal Bank of Canada and Fortress Investment Group. He serves on the LSN Partners Advisory Board.
Outside his professional life, Francisco has served on the Advisory Board for the Conservation Trust of Puerto Rico for more than 20 years. He is the Chairman of the Colegio San Ignacio Scholarship Trust, a member of the Bridgeport Caribe Youth Leaders Board, a member and former treasurer or the Museo del Barrio (NYC), and a trustee of the Luis A. Ferre Foundation.
Francisco holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College.
He is the father of two young adults, both attending university.
Jasmine brings several years of Business Aviation Operations experience to Sky Harbour. She began her career as a Line Service Technician with Atlantic Aviation, ultimately becoming a Site Trainer and now a Harbor Master with Sky Harbour. Jasmine is especially passionate about Safety & Training and brings a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
Outside professional life, Jasmine enjoys engaging in water sports such as Kayaking and Stand-up Paddle boarding.
Jayne served in the United States Navy for 14 years, piloting the Lockheed Martin P-3C Orion and Beech T-44A/C Pegasus as a Mission Commander and Instructor Pilot accumulating more than 2200 flight hours over three global deployments. Jayne worked in program management for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in biorisk management (Vietnam) and was a non-medical care manager at Navy Wounded Warrior in Bethesda, MD. She served 2 years in the reserves in the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR).
Outside of her professional life, Jayne enjoys traveling with family, baking, hiking, and most anything outdoors.
Jayne holds a Bachelors Degree from Purdue University in Aviation Management- Airport Management.
Jayne and Ryan are parents to 3 boys.
Jayne is responsible for supporting the site acquisition team in areas such as market research, data analytics, and site validation.

Ken served in the United States Army for 10 years, piloting the Sikorsky UH-60 A/L/M Black Hawk as a Platoon Leader and Company Commander. His assignments included reconstituting the 4th Combat Aviation Brigade at Fort Carson, Colorado, one deployment to Kandahar, Afghanistan, and four years supporting NATO interoperability abroad in Europe.
Ken holds a B.S. in Systems Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and Masters (with Honors) in Real Estate Finance from New York University, where he was a Hirsch Fellow.

Marty brings more than twenty years of Business Aviation leadership to his mission: spearheading Sky Harbour's Enhanced Resident Services programs. This is a milestone program for Sky Harbour; our Residents and our team have a leader to match.

Max served in the United States Navy for 27 years, piloting the F/A-18C Hornet and F/A-18E Super Hornet. He is a US Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) graduate, and has led a combat-deployed Super Hornet squadron at sea and a global munitions logistics command ashore, in addition to senior positions in military policy, operations, and intelligence analytics. He continues to fly professionally, and is type-rated in both business and widebody jet aircraft.
Outside of his professional life, Max enjoys fitness, travel, sports, and fatherhood.
Max holds a Bachelor's Degree from the United States Naval Academy, a Master's Degree from the University of Maryland, and a Master's Degree from the United States Naval War College.
Max and Kendall are parents to a daughter and three sons.
Mike brings over fifteen years of accounting and audit experience to Sky Harbour, including nearly ten years in the auditing practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, serving SEC-registrant clients in the airline, aircraft finance, logistics ,and transportation industries, among others. At PwC, Mike most recently served as an Assurance Director. Mike is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Millie brings decades of experience in FBO management and aircraft charter and sales, with leadership roles at First Aviation Services, Landmark Aviation and Skyport. Millie founded and led Business Aviation consultancy, SkyQueen Enterprises, serving clients including Goldman Sachs, The Carlyle Group, Macquarie Infrastructure, Million Air, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
Millie was the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's Business Woman of the Year. She was named to the Westchester Power 50, and is a member of International Women in Aviation, the Wings Club, and NBAA.
Outside of her professional life, Millie enjoys gardening, dancing, and time with family.
Millie holds a Bachelors Degree from Fordham University.
Millie manages the critical feedback loop between Sky Harbour and its members, working to constantly improve and refine the Sky Harbour offering.
Neil served in the United States Navy for 10 years, piloting the Lockheed Martin P-3C Orion, and the Boeing P-8A Poseidon, as a Mission Commander and Instructor Pilot. He continues to serve in the United States Navy Reserves. Neil was a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, with a focus on Aviation Infrastructure, and a Defense Industry lobbyist on Capitol Hill.
Outside of his professional life, Neil enjoys motorsports, golf and Legos (with his kids).
Neil holds a Bachelors in Science from the United States Naval Academy, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Neil and Renae are parents to two children, a daughter and a son.

Tal served in the Israel Air Force for 18 years, piloting the Lockheed Martin F-16 Viper in combat and as an Air Combat Instructor. He is the co-founder and former CEO of Clarity Capital, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
Outside of his professional life, Tal is active in areas ranging from veterans' affairs to Jewish continuity to economic development. He is the outgoing Chairman of KIEDF, Israel's largest non-profit lender to small businesses, and the Author of God Is in the Crowd, Random House, 2018.
Tal is a graduate of Tel Aviv University, The Israel Air Force Academy, and Harvard Business School.
He is the father of three girls, the oldest of which serves as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces.
Tim served in the United States Navy for 10 years, piloting the Sikorsky MH-60R Seahawk, and the Fairchild C-26D Metroliner, accumulating more than 1800 flight hours across multiple deployments, including to the Middle East. Tim is a member of the founding team at Sky Harbour and has played an active role in creating and refining the Sky Harbour offering since inception.
Outside of his professional life, Tim enjoys flying recreationally, coaching youth athletics.
Tim holds a Bachelors Degree from Duke University, and an MBA with Dean's Honors from Columbia Business School.
He is the father of Sebastian and Vivian.
In addition to his Treasury responsibilities, Tim works with regulators, Airport Sponsors, and industry partners to constantly enhance the value of the Sky Harbour offering to all stakeholders.

Mr. Whitesell brings more than 20 years of construction, development and senior management experience at Turner Construction, The Related Companies, and Suffolk Construction, most recently serving for five years as Suffolk's COO for the New York region. He has overseen a variety of projects including commercial, mixed-use, retail, multi-family residential, distribution, life sciences, re-positioning, contracting, and others.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of construction including project leadership, strategy development, financial ownership, governance, cost estimation, scheduling, and cross-functional team management.
