Lorena has nearly a decade's experience supporting top advisors and their clients. She communicates with our clients directly to assist with customer service, paperwork processing, account management/maintenance, and proposal development. She takes pride in her exceptional service skill set and ability to work well under pressure and deadlines. She services our clients with a high degree of dependability, flexibility and resourcefulness coupled with a highly professional demeanor and attitude. Lorena enjoys the outdoors and getting exercise. Additionally, she is bilingual, fully fluent in both English and Spanish.

MICHAEL D. PALMA - Managing Director

I believe in helping you get the most you can out of your financial planning. If you're like many of our clients, you are serious about your financial journey and the advice you are receiving. You have important questions in the ever-changing landscape of the financial world. My role is to provide the right answers for you in the context of your own vision. I began my financial services career upon graduating from Lehigh University in 2008. Over eleven years at two large firms in Manhattan, I received quality training, worked with top money managers, and ultimately led the investment division of my team. I established Traverse Capital Management in 2019, seeking to deliver greater independence for my clients away from the bias of large firms, and closer engagement with my local Long Island community. Connecting with people gives me great fulfillment. I am proud to be involved in numerous community-based professional organizations, including founding a weekly networking group and serving on committees in the Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy hearing about my clients' successes and how they've gotten to where they are in life, and then using my knowledge to help them thrive. I live in Bethpage with my wonderful wife Diane and our three spunky daughters, Rose, Stefania, and Teresa. I do my best to make my family proud every day. I love skiing and nothing makes me happier than being able to share that passion with them.

MICHELE TERRANOVA

Michele has a 12-year financial services background, specializing in client services. She previously worked at Abner Herrman & Brock as well as Hennion & Walsh. She has an Associate Degree in Business Administration from County College of Morris. The main objective of Michele's role is to provide excellent support to our clients. Over the course of her experience, she has had the pleasure of helping with many different client needs. She enjoys the daily interaction and being able to assist with various requests. Michele believes in giving her full effort in everything she does - no matter how big or small the task is. She is inspired by strong, empowered people who aren't afraid to go for the things they want. Michele is most passionate about her family and making sure her children grow up happy, healthy, and well-adjusted.
