TY MELO &Associates was founded in 2013 under the leadership of Atty. Rolando Dazzle E. Ty who previously served as a public attorney for several years catering the needs of the indigent litigants. Recently on June 18, 2019, he was joined by his then legal assistant, Atty. Jeffrey T. Melo who was forthwith included as a name partner to the firm after having exhibited his excellent performance in legal practice and profession.
