This project was born from an idea by Ivan Pietropaolo and Giampaolo Galasso, two musicians from Italy with extended experience in music performance and production... The focus is on different aspects. Promoting the musical activities and local artists from all around the world living permanently or part time in Samara and indeed all of Latin America with an eye to the rest of the world... To promote music and art, foster talent among the youth, and create a structure to realize future projects and involve the local population.
