Born in Pascagoula, Moore, 41, received his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of South Alabama in 1999 and his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 2002. Moore's areas of practice include personal injury, worker's compensation, civil rights, social-security disability, wrongful death, product liability and more. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar, the Tennessee Bar, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice, and is a former vice president of the National Bar Association. He and his wife, Natalie Moore, have been married for 17 years. They have a 7-year-old daughter named Avery Nicole Moore. Charles Tucker Jr. is a triple alum from St. Johns Universitywith a Bachelors of Arts, Masters in Public Administration and a JurisDoctorate graduating Magna Cum Laude two out of the three times. He started hislegal career at the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office and quickly rose up the ranks and became known as a skilled litigator. During his 6 years at the office he prosecuted complex domestic violence cases, homicides and special victim cases. He left the office in 2005 as a Senior Trial Attorney in the Special Victims Unit. He moved to the District of Columbia and worked as an Assistant Attorney General in Personnel Labor and Employment Division where he racked up an over 98% victory percentage on cases defending the DC Police Department and the DC Fire Department. Charles has been recognized as an outstanding litigation attorney in several jurisdictions with over 300 jury trials, bench trials and administrative hearings to his credit. He has been recognized as an expert in criminal defense litigation, civil litigation and employment litigation. He was selected to be included in the list of the Top 100 Criminal Defense and Civil Defense attorneys by the National Trial Lawyers for 2019 and 2020. In addition he was selected as one of the Top 100 Black Attorneys by the Top 100 National Black Lawyers Top 100 Association. Currently he is a Senior Partner with the Cochran Firm in the Mississippi Delta office and is the Managing Partner of the Tucker Moore Group LLP with offices in Virginia. Maryland and New York. Charles is also a distinguished adjunct professor for over 20 years teaching criminal law, criminal procedure, constitutional law and business law classes on the undergraduate level, graduate and post doctorate level. Rodney Patrick is an associate attorney at the Tucker Moore Law Group where his practice focuses on employment law, personal injury, and general civil litigation. Rodney is a native of McIntosh, Alabama and a graduate of the University of South Alabama. He earned his Juris Doctor from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law where he was consistently a Dean's List student. He was also awarded the honor of Scholar of Merit for his performance in his Military Justice course. During his legal career, Rodney has handled numerous employment, personal injury, and civil litigation claims and has been a passionate and successful advocate for his clients. Rodney is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Outside of the courtroom,Rodney enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
