Brad DeSpain

C. Brad DeSpain was raised on a large cattle ranch in north eastern Arizona, a cow/calf and supplemental steer growing operation. He trained horses using the latest method of winning the confidence of colts, developing in them a desire to learn and grow into outstanding all-around cow horses. Attended Eastern Arizona Jr. College, Arizona State University and graduated from the University of Arizona with an Agriculture Education degree. He and wife Donna settled in Marana, AZ where he taught Vocational Agriculture and led the Future Farmers of America Program (FFA) at Marana High School for nine years. Brad's other notable accomplishments include establishing a dry lot cow/calf operation in partnership with an area resident in Avra Valley; management of the Cortaro Marana Irrigation District; involvement with the formation of the Town of Marana and served as the Utilities Director for the Town overseeing the development of the water, wastewater, and electrical facilities. Brad went into partnership on the Bridle Bit Ranch in 2004 and retired to full time ranching in 2009 to develop Angus plus heifers and bulls. Having sold the ranch in 2018, he started his real estate career bringing the benefit of his expertise in ranch, farm, equestrian and energy/utilities to real estate and United Country Real Estate, Stockmen's Realty. Brad still resides in Marana with his lovely wife Donna.

Harry Owens AZ

With his extensive farm/agricultural experience, Harry Owens specializes in farm sales. Harry is a graduate from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, with a bachelor of Science in Animal Nutrition and a minor in chemistry. In addition to farm sales, Harry is an experienced crop advisor and is owner of Tierra Verde Advisors, Inc., providing consulting and testing services to farm customers in Arizona, New Mexico and Mexico. He is a skilled diagnostician of crop production problems and mitigation; experienced in soil moisture monitoring; irrigation scheduling and in the evaluation of irrigation water quality and development of management plans; and is qualified to evaluate farm location, soils and irrigation water as they relate to productivity for investors. In addition to being a business owner and producer of registered Dorper Sheep on his farm in San Simon, AZ, Harry at one time owned a 480 acre farm in San Simon, a testing lab, and worked as a crop advisor and sales representative for a leading international marketer and distributor of agricultural products, animal feed and specialty chemicals. Nancy Belt

Nancy Belt began her career in real estate more than 30 years ago and opened the Stockmen's Realty brokerage, in 2005. Prior to that, Nancy worked as an agent for other brokerages, operated a land development consulting business, and worked for a Tucson based builder/developer as a project and land development manager. Her vast career in all aspects of real estate provides her with a wealth of background and experience. Nancy's roots are in agriculture and she appreciates the land and the people who live off the land that is why she specializes in cattle ranches, horse properties and farms. As a resident of the desert southwest for the past 40 years she understands the unique qualities that make Arizona a great place to live and ranch. As a seasoned ranch broker, Nancy knows what it takes to both buy and sell rural agricultural properties. She is familiar with the lifestyle and those things important to it and ultimately important to you. Paul Ramirez Agent

Paul was born in Douglas, Arizona moving to Tucson as a child. He is fluent in Spanish and English. He earned his real estate license in 2001, using it for real estate transactions and real estate auctions. Paul understands the lives of farmers and ranchers helping him to identify the needs of his clients and discuss realistic expectations. Paul enjoys meeting new people and his network reaches throughout the Southwest and across the country. Paul has a natural passion for agriculture that started in a sale barn when he was 14. He was in 4-H and FFA, being the first recipient of the American Farmer Degree in the Amphitheater FFA Chapter. Paul is a businessperson and owns of Ramirez Auction Services and Western Ag Life Media. Paul's career path has always been agriculture related with the majority focusing on auctioneering. He has received notable accomplishments. A few of these are the International Champion Livestock Auctioneer and Three-time Arizona State Champion Auctioneer. Paul conducts many types of sales, including retirement/closing business, estate, livestock, farm & ranch equipment, heavy equipment, and real estate. Fun facts: Paul was in a Pepsi Commercial with SofĂ­a Vergara and a guest on the Nate Berkus show. Paul and his wife Tina are celebrating 30 years of marriage and have two adult children. Paul can often be found auctioneering for non-profits throughout Southern Arizona with his #1 Ringman Tina.

Thomas Wade

Thomas Wade is a third-generation rancher and business owner originally from New Mexico. After owning several ranches there, he relocated to Arizona and is the owner of Bridle Bit Ranch in Marana raising quality cattle and quarter horses. Thomas started a successful home building and development business in 1993, with a focus on energy efficient and sustainable building which he later sold. He represented the U.S. in the Zero Energy Home Coalition at the UN Climate Summit in 2010. He has a BS in Agricultural Business Management from New Mexico State University. Thomas also played football while attending college at Penn State University and NMSU. Thomas is married to his junior high school sweetheart, Carla. They have three children, who are all attending Land Grant Colleges, just like Thomas's father did - a fact he is very proud of. Thomas's experience and expertise in ranching, land development, and home building will be an asset to us and our clients.
