Pianist Yaroslav Senyshyn has received wide acclaim for his powerful technique, profound interpretations and his great and poetic expression across a wide repertoire... Born in Canada of Ukrainian ancestry, Yaroslav Senyshyn studied primarily with Antonina Yaroshevich, who was herself a contemporary of Vladimir Horowitz at the Kiev Conservatory. Both Antonina Yaroshevich and Vladimir Horowitz were pupils of the legendary pedagogue Felix Blumenfeld, giving Mr. Senyshyn a direct exposure to this great tradition.
