YES Counselling and Psychotherapy is an affordable, confidential and professional counselling service in Dublin 15 & 18, which helps people to find their inner potential, get to know and understand themselves better, overcome life issues and problems, and ultimately live more fulfilled lives. It is run by myself Daisy Oaitse Horan, a fully qualified accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist. My approach is non-judgemental, safe, and caring. I understand that taking the first step, when you feel that you may need some extra help can be frightening so to contact the counsellor when in distress shows great courage. I have experience in working with a wide range of people, who are both women and male adults (18yrs and over) who are experiencing difficulties in the lives and are faced with the prospect of change. I also present workshops or talks for groups on various aspects of mental health and emotional wellbeing in the community.
