Dr. Abeyna Bubbers-Jones - Founder

Dr. Abeyna Bubbers-Jones is one of the most entrepreneurial and enterprising occupational health physicians in the UK, holding Membership of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons and plethora of other medical qualifications. She is also a classically trained pianist. Having trained in the UK, Dr. Bubbers-Jones has practised as a Trauma Surgeon in South Africa and held Urology Registrar positions at NHS Hospitals including UCLH, Barts and Addenbrookes, before moving to King's College Hospital to commence her specialist training in Occupational Medicine. After obtaining her Advanced Diploma in Occupational Medicine at the University of Manchester she later joined the Specialist Register as an Accredited Specialist in Occupational Medicine by attaining Membership of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine in 2019. As well as specialist occupational health assessments, Dr. Bubbers-Jones has provided support to both private and public organisations including Oil and Gas, Rail medicals, HAVS, HSE Appointed Doctor for Lead, IRMP, Ill Health Retirement, Insurance Second Medical Opinion, Pensions and expert advisory services. Dr. Bubbers-Jones is the Founder of two businesses, including a global platform and strategic consultancy connecting doctors with companies in health tech, consulting and life sciences/pharma offering diverse careers. She was previously a Board Member of the National School of Occupational Health, is one of the founding participants of the prestigious NHS Clinical Entrepreneur program and currently hosts a successful Podcast, with over 30k downloads. She's a proud mum to 2 girls aged 1 and 3, and a not very good boulderer!

Dr. Greg Irons

Dr. Greg Irons is a Member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine. He is an Accredited Specialist in Occupational Medicine with over 25 years' experience. Dr. Irons has a rich history of delivering occupational health services across diverse and challenging industries. Beginning his career providing offshore support to Oil & Gas majors, Dr. Irons has developed expertise across professional services, manufacturing & industrial environments, utilities, local government, policing and law enforcement. Dr. Irons has extensive international experience and prides himself on delivering high quality professional advice.

Dr. Jenny Leeser

Dr. Jenny Leeser is a retired Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine and a Member of the Royal College of Physicians. She is a senior consultant (non-practising) occupational physician with extensive experience in all aspects of occupational health for a wide range of blue-chip companies, both in-house and as an external business partner. Following her training in hospital medicine, Dr. Leeser began her occupational health career in the chemicals and pharmaceuticals industries. Most recently, she was Lead Doctor and Clinical Director Occupational Medicine for an internationally renowned health business. As well as having specialist experience supporting businesses in finance, food production and transport, Dr. Leeser is also proud to support small businesses, charities and centres of academia in a non-clinical capacity.

Dr. Mark Hall

Dr. Mark Hall is one of the most experienced and highly qualified occupational physicians in the UK, with a wealth of expertise supporting discerning clientele across diverse professions and industries. Graduating from Middlesex Hospital Medical School in London, Dr. Hall embarked on a career in General Practice, before specialising in corporate health and occupational medicine early in his career. Dr. Hall has been Chief Medical Officer to Aviva, Medigold, the BBC, Capita and PHC, as well as an advisor to numerous blue-chip businesses. As well as his extensive experience supporting businesses, Dr. Hall is also an HSE Appointed Doctor, an RSSB Course Tutor and an ORR Appointed Doctor. Dr. Hall is HAVS Tier 4 & Tier 5 qualified and also conducts Ill Health Retirement Medicals. He regularly presents at conferences and symposia.

Dr. Sumra Dar

Dr Sumra Dar MBChB MFOM MSc MA is a highly qualified and experienced occupational health professional, having attained Accredited Specialist status as a Member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine in 2003. As well as developing a wealth of experience supporting some of the most recognisable businesses in the UK, across manufacturing, utilities, professional services and automotive sectors, Dr Dar has also acted as Medical Adviser to a number of global clients. With additional experience in structuring and leading clinical governance programmes, Dr Dar is uniquely placed to advise and inform clients on how best to identify, mitigate or manage complex health risks.

Nicola Hawley

Nicola Hawley is one of the most highly experienced and professionally qualified Occupational Health Nurse Consultants in the UK, with a wealth of experience built across clinical practice, clinical governance, public health, workforce development and education. Having held senior clinical roles within some of the largest health providers in the UK, including AXA ICAS, Capita and having also been an independent practitioner, Nicola is able to bring calm, considered and pragmatic advice to support even the most complex health problems. Nicola holds a Nursing degree (BA Hons), a Diploma in Occupational Health, a Masters degree and is also a qualified Health Visitor, State Registered Nurse and a State Registered Midwife. As well as being a School Governor, Nicola has led overseas health programmes for the Armed Forces, is Safeguarding Lead for a Community Response Service, a National Trust Volunteer and has been published in medical journals.
