Martijn Udo de Haes is active in the international corporate law practice.
Martijn is a partner at Donahue & Partners LLP and HVG Law in the Netherlands. Martijn has been based in New York City since 2009.
He heads Donahue & Partners LLP since 2012, opening the San Jose and Chicago offices.

Mathieu is a Senior Associate at the Luxembourg legal desk at Donahue & Partners LLP. He joined Donahue & Partners in September 2017. Mathieu has more than 9 years of experience in advising global clients on commercial and corporate law matters in a multi-disciplinary context in France, Luxembourg and in the US.
Ralph Mulder works in the international corporate advisory practice and and heads the Dutch legal desk of Donahue & Partners LLP since January 2019.
He advises in, amongst other things, the supervising and assisting of international tax driven restructuring projects and/or financing projects for multinational companies.
