Anya Prasad

After finishing her International Baccalaureate from United World College Singapore, Anya graduated from Queen Mary University of London (LLB Honours) and completed her LPC at the University of Law, Moorgate. She recently finished an LLM from King's College London in Intellectual Property and Information Law specialising in Information and Data Privacy, Cyberspace, International Commercial Arbitration and Artificial Intelligence Law. During the course of her education Anya has undertaken multiple pieces of work experience both in the UK and India. In India, she worked in the Chambers of Supreme Court Advocate Darius Khambata assisting on a patent infringement case with its seat in the UK. She also gained experience in the Bombay High Court as a Judicial Clerk. Anya has had experience in both large commercial law firms such as AZB & Partners and boutique firms such as Cooke Young & Keidan assisting key fee earners on drafting, research on M&A and contentious real estate matters. In 2020, Anya worked in the Real Estate department at Gowling WLG.

Ben Rutledge

Ben is an Associate at Keidan Harrison LLP, having joined the firm in November 2021. Ben trained at Brecher LLP where he qualified into their commercial disputes team as a solicitor in 2020. During his training contract he spent a year focussing on commercial litigation. In addition, Ben has been involved in advising tech companies in respect of breach of confidence and breach of warranty claims arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic. Ben also has significant experience relating to cost proceedings having been involved in what is thought to be the largest detailed assessment to come before the Senior Courts Cost Office. The costs claimed were in excess of £53 million.

Dipti is a partner at Keidan Harrison LLP, having joined the firm in May 2021. Dipti has over 20 years' experience of commercial litigation, international arbitration and civil fraud. Most recently, Dipti helped lead the Commercial Disputes Team at leading global professional services firm PwC for 4 years. She advised PwC's clients on a wide range of disputes spanning commercial / contractual, banking, civil fraud and trusts, corporate / shareholder and contentious investments. Her clients included multi-national companies, private family businesses as well as high net worth individuals.

Kelly Smith

Kelly joined Keidan Harrison as the Operations & HR Manager in 2023. She has responsibility for HR matters, training, facilities, supplier management and day-to-day business administration. She enjoys working with people, particularly supporting them in the development of their careers. Kelly was previously the HR & Admin Manager of a London-based Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), having passed their Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice (2020) and Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management (2021). Kelly is also a Student Member of the CMI and currently studying for her Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.

Kit Smith

Kit is a Managing Associate at Keidan Harrison LLP, having joined the firm in July 2020, shortly after its start up. Kit is experienced in substantial and complex banking and financial services litigation. He has acted for clients including IPs, brokerage houses, lending institutions, hedge funds and high net worth individuals across a range of jurisdictions including CIS, Hong Kong and the Middle East. Recent work has included claims arising out of knowing receipt, the Quincecare duty of care and professional negligence. Kit's experience encompasses matters before the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, as well as arbitration. In addition to acting on disputes in the financial services sector, Kit's expertise includes shareholder disputes, fraud and professional negligence. Kit acted in the 2019 Supreme Court case of Marex Financial v Carlos Sevilleja Garcia concerning the scope of the rule against reflective loss. Further experience includes an unlawful means conspiracy claim, claims against solicitors and valuers for negligence and defending a derivative action, including injunctive relief. Kit trained at international law firm DLA Piper, where he qualified as a solicitor in 2015. Prior to joining Keidan Harrison, he was an associate in the dispute resolution team at Memery Crystal.

Luke is a Solicitor Advocate having gained his Higher Rights of Audience. He has extensive litigation and arbitration experience both as an instructing solicitor and as an advocate. He also regularly represents clients in other forms of dispute resolution, including mediations, and develops bespoke dispute resolution mechanisms for clients. Luke is known for his innovative approach to value engineering dispute resolution and his outcomes focus. Luke is a past Chairman of the Commercial Litigation Association. He was a winner of the M&A Adviser, Emerging Leader Awards 2017, and in 2019 was named as a member of the prestigious TRI 250, an exclusive group of professionals across the Turnaround, Restructuring and Insolvency profession. Nathan Tidd

Nathan joins us from DAC Beachcroft where he previously worked as a Costs Paralegal. He is experienced in all aspects of costs litigation, from informal negotiations to detailed assessments. Nathan is well-versed on paying party contributions in disease, injury and property disputes and enjoys cases with an international element. Prior to joining Keidan Harrison, Nathan had sole conduct of over 50 live files and successfully defended a trial appeal in the High Court. He has also spent time at various other legal and financial institutions, including the Bank of New York. Whilst studying the LPC at BPP Law School, Nathan completed electives in corporate finance, commercial property and international trade. He has a keen career interest in fraud, banking and insolvency disputes.

Srishti Jain

Srishti is a Managing Associate at Keidan Harrison LLP, having joined the firm in January 2021. Prior to joining Keidan Harrison LLP, Srishti was an associate in the London office of LALIVE, the Swiss-based dispute resolution international law firm. Srishti has also worked in the international arbitration teams in the London offices of US firm Debevoise & Plimpton and international arbitration specialists Three Crowns. Before moving to London in 2017, Srishti was a disputes associate in the Delhi office of Trilegal, one of India's top law firms and the New York office of Stokes Wagner, a US boutique litigation firm. Srishti's practice focuses on complex, cross-border, high-value commercial disputes including both litigation and international arbitration. Srishti has considerable experience in advising international clients on contractual and shareholder/joint venture disputes, insolvency issues, interim relief applications, jurisdictional matters and enforcement actions. She has acted as counsel for multinational clients in commercial disputes before various courts and tribunals in India and the US as well as in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations under various arbitral rules (including the ICC, SIAC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules). In addition, Srishti has substantial experience in advising and representing investors and states in investment treaty arbitrations under the ICSID rules. Srishti's experience spans a number of sectors, including banking, mining, oil and gas, telecommunications, construction and infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and hospitality. Her work has included disputes across Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East and the Americas. Srishti has a particular interest in and focus on India-related disputes and visits India regularly.
