With an undergraduate science degree, Master of Applied Statistics and a PhD in pharmacology, Elisa brings unrivalled experience to her role as Accelagen's Head of Biostatistics. Also a volunteer on the CDISC Core Project, she is a passionate clinical research professional and specialist in clinical research data standards, statistical programming, project management, and database development. Elisa's experience spans across industries including biotech, pharma and social research.
Greg Plunkett is our CEO and Managing Director of Accelagen, founding the company in 2010. He is an innovative, values-driven and forward-thinking senior regulatory affairs professional. Greg has over 20 years of experience in product development, quality and management. Driving excellence, innovation and ingenuity, he is a passionate advocate for healthcare accessibility and bringing the best technologies and innovation to the masses.
Kylie Lord is a skilled leader in financial management with over 20 years' global experience in the financial services sector. Her experiences and insights are a significant asset in supporting the company to solidify its financial foundations and enable it to continue to achieve sustainable, long-term growth. Although an accountant on paper, Kylie is ultimately a people person and her enthusiasm, passion, and focus on making a positive contribution to the world. This passion has helped her slot right in with Accelagen's culture.
Louise has 20+ years of commercial experience in the retail, agriculture and pharmaceuticals sectors. She has a highly varied career with roles in business development and operations, consulting services, data management and analytics, product development and management, customer service and account management. This experience spans start-ups, not-for-profits, government, and national and global organisations within Australia and the Asia Pacific. She loves using her diverse knowledge and skillset to support the needs of rapidly scaling businesses. Furthermore, her keen attention to detail is complemented by a strategic and big-picture outlook. This ensures projects are carefully conceived, constructed and delivered to meet the needs of clients.

Rosa Maria Plunkett is Accelagen's Director of Clinical Operations, bringing over 20+ years experience in clinical research and hospital settings; with clients ranging from small biotechs to large multinational pharmaceutical companies. With her signature warmth and patience, Rosa fosters an inclusive, flexible and solution-driven environment. Additionally, she's passionate about developing her growing team and giving them mentorship and guidance to accelerate the future of human health and wellness. Moreover, her skill and experience maximises study outcomes and efficiencies for our clients.

An experienced regulatory affairs professional and senior consultant, Sarah Henderson has been a fundamental part of building Accelagen from the ground up alongside Greg. She has supported the business through its early Reg-focused and consulting days, to the rapidly growing global CRO it is today. Sarah started her career as a Patent Examiner for IP Australia and has worked across various regulatory affairs roles in Australia , UK and European markets. She has built a strong reputation for her attention to detail, global market expertise and holistic project management. Sarah leads Accelagen's Regulatory Affairs team with a focus on continuing to support the growth of the business as well as offering clients best-in-industry quality compliance.
