Hi, I am Dave Rogers, manager and sole proprietor of Advantage Home Maintenance LLC. I'm a husband, a father, teacher, coach, entrepreneur, handyman, consultant and most importantly, your neighbor! I have passionately taught school for over 25 years and during my spare time, successfully renovated/remodeled homes in both the Cleveland and Akron areas... After much consideration and thought, I decided to put my teaching career on hold and pursue my other passion as a full-fledged business venture! I want to provide a membership-based, monthly home maintenance service in this area that will take the hassle and headaches out of home ownership and upkeep.
