Commencing with AJK outfitters 15 years ago, Hailie leads our offshore procurement team. Overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing relationships, Hailie is in daily contact with our suppliers, and ensures that a systematic approach is always taken. AJK Outfitters' clients and their associated end users, can be confident in the product quality, compliance and manufacturing delivery timelines required to make our projects a success.

Matt has 20+ years' experience in operations and facilities services management in sectors including education, hospitality, real estate and construction. He joined the AJK Outfitters team in 2020 after seven years playing an integral role in the start-up and growth of one of Australia's most successful purpose-built student accommodation companies, Urbanest.

A skilled project manager with hands on experience, and a qualified French Master Craftsman. Rain's attention to detail from involvement in product design and testing, to the onsite management of fitout teams nationally, instills confidence with the AJK Outfitters project delivery every time.

With a strong background in development and construction management and her ability to lead our China Team since its inception, Tiffany's contribution has been pivotal in our ongoing success. She is charged with overseeing sourcing and manufacturing, controlling freight and logistics and is integral in maintaining the union between our supplier network and our China business operations.
