Aaron has worked in steel fabrication for over 20 years, completing his Fitter/Welder apprenticeship in 2008. He has been an integral part of Arc Engineering's fabrication team for over 10 years and was promoted to his current role in 2023.
Andrew has worked in the steel industry for 29 years. He started working with a steel merchant in his native South Africa in 1993 before moving into steel fabrication in 2000. Andrew has a Project Management Diploma and worked as a Project Manager and Contracts/Project Manager for 17 years before relocating to Ireland. Andrew is Arc Engineering's Operations Manager since 2018 and has recently completed a Yellow Belt Lean 6 Sigma course successfully.
Billy has 15 yrs management experience across several different sectors, with 10 years Procurement Management experience as well as Project Management experience in the Electrical, Plumbing and Construction Industries. Billy ensures that he builds strong relationships with the best suppliers from Ireland and abroad to bring the highest quality products to Arc Engineering's clients.
David has worked in the construction sector for over 25 years, having previously established and run his own roofing and cladding business.
He joined Arc Engineering a number of years ago with the ambition to go grow a successful Architectural Metalwork company that delivers on all its promises.
David oversees all projects on site from start to finish and has developed an enthusiastic, hard working team to ensure that Arc Engineering continues to provide the quality and attention to detail that all clients deserve.

James graduated from IT Carlow with a honours degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016 and went on to complete a Masters in Mechanical Engineering in UCC in 2017. He has worked in design for the last number of years in the water industry, agricultural sector as well as the structural steel sector.
James's role at Arc Engineering includes carrying out initial on-site surveys on the project, creating the conceptual designs for approval and then follows the design process right through to the production stage.
Jason has 20 years' experience in construction in many sectors including residential, pharma, data centres and commercial where he has designed structural, secondary steel, walkways, stairs, platforms, stair cores and some specialist designs including Diarmuid Gavin's moving garden at the Chelsea Flower Show and feature stairs in Microsoft's Head Office in Dublin. He has worked as a draughtsman using Tekla Structures, collaborated on many BIM projects in Tekla Structures where he has used his knowledge of Revit, Autocad, Trimble Connect and Navisworks. He has also used the Trimble X7 3D scans for surveying areas. Jason joined Arc Engineering's in-house design team in 2022 and was the the design technician for the award winning Irish Steel 2024 supported/propped balcony category for Barnwell Point, Hansfield for McGarrell Reilly/Fajon Construction.
Kieran graduated from Waterford Institute of technology with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and went on to do a BSc in Construction Management.
He has worked in the construction industry for 23 years during which time Kieran has gained invaluable experience across a wide range of sectors, from structural steel, roofing & cladding to Architectural Metalworks. He has worked in many departments throughout the years from drawings office, project management, procurement, quantity surveying to estimating.
Laurene has 30 years + marketing experience, originally from New Zealand, she has a Management Degree, Post Graduate in Marketing from the University of New South Wales from Sydney, Australia and Online Marketing Diploma from IT Carlow, Wexford campus. She has worked with large multi-nationals as a Sales & Marketing Manager. Laurene has worked in the construction sector in both Australia and Ireland with main contractors where she did prequalifications for multi-million euro public and private projects in commercial, residential, industrial, pharma and food together with their marketing.

Thomas graduated from DIT Bolton Street with an honours bachelor degree in Architectural Technology in 2003 and has worked with ARC Engineering since 2013. Thomas worked in the architectural sector since graduating, gathering experience in various companies in London and more locally Wexford.
