Ms. Patton joined Bimini Health Tech in 2021 and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining the Bimini team, Ms. Patton served clients working in various industries in the public accounting sector at both Moss Adams and Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. Patton received her Bachelors degree in accounting, as well as her Master of Science in accounting, from Texas Tech University in 1999.

Mr. Conlan is the co-founder of Bimini Health Tech and has served as CEO and board member since 2013.
Mr. Conlan has over 15 years of experience in the medical device and regenerative medicine fields. He received a B.S. in Biomedical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Ms. Martin joined Bimini Health Tech in 2022 as Vice President, Marketing. Prior to joining Bimini, she held senior-level marketing leadership positions in multiple category-defining companies, where she helped to create and guide strategic growth and executional initiatives for well-known brands and technologies that continue to transform aesthetic medicine to this day.
During her years in the industry, Ms. Martin was consistently recruited into sales and marketing leadership positions with increasing levels of staff and revenue responsibility. Ms. Martin helped to guide commercial efforts that positioned organizations for a variety of market-shaping events, including buyouts, strategic mergers, and initial public offerings.
Active in multiple industry organizations, Ms. Martin is a member of the board of BRAVE, an organization committed to helping cancer patients advocate so that they receive the highest levels of care to which they are entitled.
Ms. Martin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, as well as a complementary Master of Sciences degree.
Mr. Ng has been with Bimini Health Tech since 2017, where he acts in the capacity of VP of Operations.
Mr. Ng has over 15 years of experience in the medical device and regenerative medicine fields.
Mr. Ng earned his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and his M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
Jeff Greiner - Chief Commercial Officer
Mr. Greiner is the former CEO and founder of Healeon Medical, acquired by Bimini Health Tech in 2020. Mr. Greiner currently serves as the CCO and Board Member.
Mr. Greiner has over 13 years of management and leadership experience in the medical device and regenerative medicine fields. He received his B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Biology from San Diego State University.

Mr. Fornace has been with Bimini Health Tech since 2015, where he acts in the capacity of COO.
He is an inventor of 20+ patents related to tissue processing, filtration, and cell isolation technologies, and has over 15 years of experience in the medical device space.
Mr. Fornace earned his B.S and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and holds an MBA from the Rady School of Management.
