Frank is the owner and managing director of Eisberg-Seminare and partner at Ampathy. He has twenty years of practical experience in further education, training and education throughout Germany. His focus is on leadership, human resource development, negotiation and sales. After graduating in education and psychology, he completed training in systemic counselling. He is the founder of a Hamburg-based trainer community for seminars in corporate continuing education, shareholder and idea provider of Daily Company GmbH and has been lecturing for FOM University since 2017. He is also the author of numerous books on successful negotiation techniques.

Kemal is the founder of the gastronomic chain Daily You - Eat Powerful and a partner at Eisberg-Seminare GmbH and Ampathy. In addition to completing his commercial and gastronomic training, he has completed further training in Transcendental Meditation, Autogenic Training and Cognitive behavioural Therapy. He once started his career at the Park Hyatt Hotel Hamburg as the youngest manager worldwide, he is now the managing director of several successful companies as well as a book author and investor. He always discovers potential in founders and their companies. His core strengths include scaling and positioning medium-sized companies.

Merag is Director Business Development and managing partner at Ampathy. He programmed his first website at the age of 12 and was already working for companies such as Beiersdorf, Tchibo and Unilever. His strong analytical yet creative approach provides his clients with the best possible results.
