Community Management Solutions (CMS) is a management services company that has evolved conceptually over twenty one years of port folio community association management experience along the Grand Strand of South Carolina by its owner, Paul Skirchak. During that twenty one years while managing more than one hundred community associations to include but not limited to high rise and low rise condominiums, single family homes, mixed residential and commercial projects, master associations and large scale multi subordinate associations with a master projects, it has become apparent that no two properties or Boards were managed even once in the same manner.
