Dr. Wisam Al Badr has more than two decades of experience in healthcare. Currently serving as Chief Medical Officer for DaVita Saudi Arabia and as the eastern province medical director. Dr Al Badr, earned her bachelors in Medicine and surgery in 1995 and have been practicing since. After receiving her bachelor's degree in medicine from King Abdul Aziz University-Jeddah, Dr. Al Badr completed her residency training, Michigan (United States). She trained in nephrology and interventional nephrology at Saint Louis University, Missouri, USA. She progressed to be dual board certified in medicine and Nephrology by the ABIM (American Board of Internal Medicine & Nephrology). American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology. Dr. Al Badr was previously part of the core quality committee at King Fahad Specialist Hospital -Dammam (KFSH-D) and has been an examiner with the Saudi Council of Health Specialties. Additionally, at DaVita she continues her path in quality management. At KFSH-D. She completed training in lean methodology and is a certified professional in healthcare quality. Dr. Al Badr is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American Society of Nephrology and the Saudi Society of Nephrology. She has aspirations of improving the association between operation and the medical field profession as they are an inseparable combination.

Faisal Rashid is chief operating officer and member of the executive leadership team for DaVita Saudi Arabia. Faisal has a strong drive for our markets to perform to their best abilities and jumps in to solve key challenges when they arise. Before moving to the DaVita Saudi Arabia team, Faisal also served as the GM of DaVita Taiwan where he helped drive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction to be industry best. Prior to DaVita, Faisal spent over 15 years in strategic leadership roles in the US health insurance, banking, and consulting services industries - engaging with large clients with international presence.
