I love burritos and I am fascinated by the many different types and styles that are out there. When coming up with our concept we decided to give the good old burro (Donkey) some attention. We created a list of our own signature burritos including el Burro Borracho. El Burro Borracho, a must try, is a delicious burrito with a tasty beer infused salsa.
