Jacob is the vice president of renewable fuels for EnTech Solutions and joined the organization in 2019. He is responsible for project development around our distributed energy initiatives as a form of renewable fuel, as well as for our sustainable fuels and future markets.
Jacob earned his Master of Business Administration degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - Kenan-Flagler Business School and received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has more than 13 years of experience in electrical equipment manufacturing.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys getting off the grid camping and kayaking with his family.

As vice president, digital assets and chief technology officer for EnTech Solutions, Lars is responsible for leading digital assets, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data and analytics. This includes EnTech Solutions' digital customer experience with a focus on leveraging innovative edge and cloud technologies for renewable energy solutions.
Lars has been with the organization since 2019. He brings nearly 20 years of experience designing and delivering customer-driven, transformational initiatives in the energy industry. He holds a Master of Science degree in Management and E-Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Lars was an adjunct instructor for the Master of Business Administration program with the College of Business at Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
As director of strategic accounts for FTI, the parent brand of EnTech Solutions, Mike is responsible for developing and building relationships with key partners to drive growth, especially in energy solutions and connected systems. He has a thorough understanding of the organization's values and works closely with customers to deliver solutions that are resilient, efficient and sustainable.
Prior to joining the organization in 2017, Mike held a series of positions of increasing responsibility focused on industrial manufacturing technology development and leadership with Kimberly-Clark. He also led the industrial division of an engineering services company based in India. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, Houghton, Michigan.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys driving, motorcycling, photography and traveling.
Scott began his career with the organization as director of strategic growth, later taking on roles including group president of industrial with Faith Technologies and president of Excellerate prior to becoming president of EnTech Solutions.
Scott is responsible for the development and growth of the energy business while leading the management team to produce reliable, long-term solutions in the ever-changing sustainable resource environment. Scott is also responsible for building and maintaining key customer relationships and the business development efforts for energy services.
Scott is devoted to the smart, efficient production of clean and reliable energy, providing comfort and confidence to our customers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology, with an emphasis in plant engineering, from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Wade Leipold is the vice president of solutions at Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), the parent brand of EnTech Solutions. He is responsible for leading the eMobility infrastructure program, providing full EV-charging solutions for our customers that integrate the highest quality and greatest value. Wade also leads the development of FTI's ICIAN program, which integrates trade knowledge with an expertise in smart energy, smart manufacturing and smart building applications.
Prior to joining FTI, Wade held a series of positions of increasing responsibility with General Motors, leaving as director of engineering of the Wentzville, MO, assembly facility. He also served as GMNA Manufacturing / Global Manufacturing Engineering Business Director in Warren, MI, and spent time at GM in South Korea, where he managed IT activities related to product and facility launches for General Motors International Operations.
Wade holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University, as well as Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
