Yagan is the Co- Founder of Farmafrik and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Ali Yagan is a Syrian born, African based international trade merchant. He is from the lineage of the popular and large Yagan family in Syria which have been into agricultural business dated back as at 150 years ago. They are descendants of Sultan of Turkey.
Until date, Yagan is a dominant business player in the agricultural commodity export business. He has been an exceptional Chief Executive Officer managing robust teams across the world.

Okon joined the organization as anadministrative and project manager. However, due to organizational expansion, he now functions as the Commercial/Logistics and Admin Manager. He is responsible for international trade, inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing and the company's administrative functions.
Okon has a background in Computer Engineering. He has a B-Eng in Computer Engineering from University of Uyo, Akwaibom state, Nigeria. He is an Information Technology Professional with specialization in a wide variety of Engineering, Networking and Innovation.
He is a multitalented in a variety of different ICT Technology, he is self-motivatingand a goal getter. He continues to enhance his multi-plural functions with diligence and profound capacities. He demonstrates industry knowledge, powerful negotiation skills, excellent analytical and communication skills, strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
He is currently undergoing global certification on PMP and CCNA
His professional career spans 7 years' experience in Information Technology as an IT Support Officer, 3 years in Telecommunication as a Project Manager.He has had technical roles in Trio systems service Nig. Ltd, Huawei Technology, Whecany Limited and Eptech power control systems.
Okon is well organized, with immense willingness to learn and deliver on deadlines. He deploys great team player skills in working with the Company's international teams.
Leslie Ojugbana is a Nigerian born, UK based serial entrepreneur and investor of Anglo-Nigerian descent. Due to his passion for innovative agricultural business and a quest to revolutionize agriculture in Africa, he joined the team at Farmafrik as a Co-Founder. Over the course of 20 years, he has acquired and established a wide range of successful businesses in the leisure, entertainment, agriculture, construction and security industries, He is also invested in the full service automotive detailing industry, as well as a vast commercial and residential property portfolio spanning the globe.
Ojugbana has a track record of taking on failing businesses and turning them into profitable enterprises. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media studies from The University of Sunderland, UK. As a European trained authentic leader, he provides dynamic leadership, from the Farmafrik European Office in the United Kingdom.Farmafrik has a combination of technical, strategic employees, farmers and farmer cooperatives, which numbers over 2,000 across Africa with robust diversity.
Obinna has been able to use his Project Performance Analysis skills to manage operational budgets. He is skilled in Statistical Data interpretation and content analysis management. He works with the Commercial Manager to ensure effective budgeting and efficient financial planning. He is multi-skilled in the use of softwares such as: Sage 300 ERP, Microsoft Office, Micro Fidelio, Opera and other CRM packages.
