Function+ Therapy is a mobile rehabilitation service, providing multi-disciplinary team services including but not limited to Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. Our team of highly experienced therapists provide assessment and intervention in clients homes or community. We are passionate and driven to assist individuals to achieve their goals and maintain independence in activities of daily living. Our therapy programs are aimed at focussing on clients wellbeing and are designed to meet the needs of each individual person.
