Mr. Rennie is often recognized for his leadership in developing new and innovative strategies in risk management and marketing. Mr. Rennie brings strong social and philanthropic guidance to the Board. Mr. Rennie is the recipient of the Queen's Diamond and Golden Jubilee awards, the Order of British Columbia and has a Doctorate from Emily Carr University.

Brad White

Mr. White is a distinguished investment executive, with over 30 years of research and portfolio management experience. As the Co-founder of Salida Capital, a $1B+ alternative asset manager, Mr. White's funds generated compound annual returns of over 30% until his departure to co-found EdgeHill Partners, a Toronto-based alternative asset management firm. Mr. White is currently an advisor of Blue Deer Capital Partners, a firm providing advisory services to mission-driven entrepreneurs across a variety of sectors. Mr. White is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Memorial University of Newfoundland. He is also the benefactor of both the Embley Park Foundation, a private philanthropic organization, and the White Trading Lab at the Memorial University Business School.

Catherine Banat

Ms. Banat is a financial services executive with more than three decades of leadership experience in capital markets innovation, strategy, ESG, and risk oversight. She has held positions at Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Lehman Brothers, the New York City Retirement System, RBC Global Asset Management and Paloma Partners. Ms. Barat earned an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, a BSc in Economics from Wharton School, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Christine O'Grady

Ms. O'Grady brings over 19 years of experience in the energy sector, specializing in origination and business development within the hydrogen, renewables, and oil industries. Prior to joining ReGen III, Ms. O'Grady held key positions, including Senior Manager of Energy, Supply and Trading at Nikola Motor Company and Trading Originator and Business Development Lead at bp Products North America. At bp, Ms. O'Grady played a pivotal role in executing commercial trading opportunities and securing long-term product offtakes in the Americas, including in her role as the lead negotiator on the base oils Sales and Purchase Agreement with ReGen III. Ms. O'Grady holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.

Denis Dionne

Mr. Dionne is a chemical engineer with over 28 years of practice in the fields of refining, petrochemicals, energy, mining and metals and risks studies. During his first fifteen years of service, he gained production experience in the petrochemical industry, where he developed expertise in the optimization and improvement of facilities, feasibility and conceptual studies, construction, commissioning, problem solving and troubleshooting.The skills he has achieved throughout the years include the coordination of process engineering deliverables for projects of more than $1B, Business Development in the sectors of Oil and Gas and well as Process Safety Management (PSM). Mr. Dionne is a certified PHA Team Leader (HAZID, HAZOP, What-if) and LOPA Analyst.

Gregory Clarkes - CEO, Chairman

Mr. Clarkes is an experienced financier with over 30 years' experience in raising capital for private and public companies in the resource, industrial, entertainment and technology sectors. He has been a senior officer, director and major shareholder of many private and publicly listed companies. Mr. Clarkes provides leadership and direction leveraging his extensive capital markets, M&A and strategic planning experience. He was the founder, director, and significant shareholder of a 41 million-tonne nickel reserve company sold to HudBay Minerals Inc. in 2008 for $460 million.

Jose Salinas

Jose Luis Salinas Lanfranco is a Peruvian, British and Panamanian businessman. Mr. Salinas specializes in de-risking large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects be it through traditional tools such as contractual development, insurance; or through innovative mechanisms such as corporate engineering, financial vehicles, and layering; with the goal to deliver robust asset and financial protections. Mr. Salinas also has extensive business and corporate experience be it as an owner, shareholder, board director, advisor or consultant in a diverse range of public and private operations from mining to the energy and nuclear industries. Mr. Salinas speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese. Mr. Salinas studied Law at Pontificia Universidad Catolica and holds two postgraduate degrees.

Kimberly Hedlin - VP

Ms. Hedlin brings over 15 years of progressive finance experience, including a decade in equity research with BMO Capital Markets and Canaccord Genuity, where she covered upstream international oil and gas companies, in addition to the emerging cannabis and clean tech industries. Prior to joining ReGen III, Ms. Hedlin supported companies, including ReGen III, as an independent consultant offering a broad platform of services including corporate communications, investor relations, market research, financial modeling and analysis, and project management. Ms. Hedlin is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Great Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan.

Larry Van Hatten

Mr. Van Hatten became a partner of Ernst & Young LLP in May 2005, leading its Vancouver assurance practice until announcing his retirement in June 2010. Prior to May 2005, Mr. Van Hatten was the managing partner of Ellis Foster, Chartered Accountants, a Vancouver-based firm that merged into Ernst & Young LLP in May 2005. Mr. Van Hatten's practice focused on advisory services to the investment community.Mr. Van Hatten also served on the board of the BC Children's Hospital Foundation, which he chaired from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Van Hatten received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1975 and his Fellow Chartered Accountant designation in 2009. In 2010, he completed the academic requirements for the Directors Education Program.

Mark Redcliffe - President

Mr. Redcliffe brings significant securities industry and venture investment banking experience to the Company and will be instrumental in moving forward the construction of ReGen III's first Group III base oil re-refinery in Texas. Mr. Redcliffe sat on the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada's Pacific District Council for several years, was the founding President & CEO of Jordan Capital Markets Inc. and immediately prior to joining ReGen III, was the Executive Vice President responsible for P&L at Mackie Research Capital Corp. in British Columbia. Mr. Redcliffe has 21 years-experience in the securities industry and holds both an MBA and the CPA, CMA designation. Mr. Redcliffe has established ties with Canadian and international private equity firms, banks, investment dealers, family offices and high net worth individuals and has successfully overseen more than 500 private placements, Initial Public Offerings and cross-border advisory mandates.

Rick Low - CFO

Mr. Low has over 25 years of progressive management experience in various industries in Canada and overseas. Mr. Low has over 15 years senior management experience including as CFO. He oversaw the finance and accounting function for a pre-revenue company during its progression from feasibility, construction and development through to commercial production and revenue generation. Mr. Low has also participated in raising various debt and equity financings and applications for listing on stock exchanges. Mr. Low is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) with the Chartered Professional Accountants of B.C. and graduated with a B. Comm. degree from the University of British Columbia.

Tom Lawlor - COO

Mr. Lawlor brings over 25 years of professional leadership experience in project management, operations, and engineering. He has held numerous senior management positions with Schlumberger, AMEC and, for the past twenty years, with Ovintiv (formerly Encana). He has worked in many facets of the oil industry including completion of large upstream and midstream projects, leading production operations teams and overseeing offshore asset development, with his most recent success being the completion of a major project in Atlantic Canada, delivered on time and below budget. His international experience includes work across North America, the North Sea and the Middle East.
